Where to start….
Rooms: very cozy, well maintained. Bathroom quite small
Lobby: Also very nice. There are several cookies and drinks available for free during the day
Room service: quick, very clean!
Restaurant service: the waitress just started her job after years in the room service. She was extremely motivated to give a great service but obviously never enjoyed a training. I would rate her five stars+.
Here is the issue: kitchen is far to slow. Ot takes forever from first to second course and two out of four times, food was almost cold then.
You don’t care about long waiting times in the restaurant: go there! Location is great, it is super clean and most importantly for us: enormously quiet!

Wij waren een beetje bevooroordeeld door de negatieve opmerkingen over de baas, maar daar hebben we niets van ondervonden. We zijn hartelijk ontvangen, hij was ook vriendelijk tegen zijn personeel. Brigita, Lisa en Nisveta waren heel hartelijk. We hadden een suite op de Zuidkant, heel groot en mooi uitzicht. De kamer was heel proper, sommigen vinden het ouderwets maar dit is de klassieke Oostenrijkse stijl. Goede bedden, apart toilet, goede douche (wel lang wachten op warm water), 2 lavoirs, grote balkon met zon, zwembad en infraroodcabine. En dan het eten...heel speciaal, steeds een schilderijtje en lekker. 2 goede koks. De laatste 3 dagen zaten we ons 2 in het hotel, lekker rustig en de baas kwam tijdens het eten een praatje maken met ons. We kregen zelfs een galadiner voor ons 2! Het was voor ons de eerste keer ook in het dal en we hebben mooie winterwandelingen kunnen maken. We gaan zeker nog eens terug!

Het eten is 5 sterren waard. De bediening in het restaurant is zalig. BRIGITA, MARIJAN EN ESTHER zijn het hartje van het hotel. Elke morgend en avond staan ze klaar. Dankzij hun was ons verblijf fantastis. De kamers zijn ruim en heel goed onderhouden. Elker dag verse handdoeken en bed opgemaakt. De baas kan een voorbeeld nemen aan zijn personeel.
