The hotel is high with ample parking space. Rooms are clean n bed comfortable. Only deviation is hotel serve English bf though sufficient but lack variety . For the past weeks of travel this is the only hotel we came across serving western bf only. .overall we are satisfied! Hotel supplies L'OCCITANE toiletries

Very good hotel, retro gentleman atmosphere, the room size is terrible in Japanese hotels. The toiletries are L'Occitane, the coffee cups are Wedgwood, full of style.

I was skeptical about whether this small city was worthy of a 5-star hotel, but when I visited, it was worthy of a 5-star hotel, from the staff service to the condition. The room was large and I had a very comfortable stay.
