Hotel the West Hills Mito

Richmond Hotels are known for providing basic amenities such as fluffy bath towels and clean facilities everywhere. This time I stayed here to go to Kairakuen in Mito. The location is very good for sightseeing in Kairakuen. There are frequent buses from Mito Station to Daikumachi Station, which is right in front of the hotel, so it is much more convenient than a hotel that is only halfway from the station. The West Hills Mito has a completely separate bathroom and toilet (twin room), which was also highly rated for its convenience. The breakfast was also delicious.

We stayed here for my daughter's exam. We were able to stay comfortably as they accommodated our request for a quiet room. There was also a convenience store, so it was convenient to bring lunch for the day. The twin room had separate washrooms and bathtubs, and what surprised me about the stay was that the shower was a refa. My skin was smooth until the next day. The breakfast was delicious, and I was able to take the coffee back to my room. I'd like to stay here again when I visit Mito for sightseeing. Although it is a little far from Mito station, there is a multi-storey parking lot, the overall atmosphere is beautiful, the room is spacious and the cost performance is good. It is also close to a bar district, so it is suitable for business travelers and those who have a second party in the entertainment district. In addition to the restaurant, there is also a convenience store on the first floor, which is convenient. It is necessary to bring amenity goods from near the front desk, but from the viewpoint of environmental consideration in recent years, there is no choice. If I'm being selfish, it would be even better if the toilet paper was doubled. I wonder if that's a luxury.

We always use it for social gatherings with customers. I also use other hotels, but West Hills is spacious and beautiful, so I can stay with peace of mind. However, it is very popular, so early reservations are required. There is also a convenience store next door, so it is very convenient. The downtown area is also in front of you, so it is recommended for those who have many drinking parties. Kairakuen Garden is about 5 minutes by car, and Oarai is 20 minutes away, making it convenient for sightseeing. It is one of the hotels that can be recommended with confidence because the price is the same as the neighboring hotels.

I rode my bike to Kairakuen to see the Plum Festival. Good location and close distance. The Keisei department store is also nearby, making it convenient for walking around the city. For parking, the cleaning staff kindly guided us through the shutters. The attention is impeccable. Although there is some difficulty in communication between the front staff, it is a polite response. However, for the breakfast buffet, the number of items is small compared to the price setting, and the rice is not well cooked. *It's good that you cook for me. The seats are wide and comfortable. We look forward to future service improvements.

I left the bag containing my child's New Year's money envelopes in the room, and when I inquired about it 5 hours after checking out, I was told that the bag was there but no New Year's money envelopes. I counted out the money with my child on the night of my stay, put it in the bag, and forgot about it, so the only possible explanation is that it was stolen by the hotel cleaning staff. This is a hotel where thieves work. The hotel manager was quick to point out that there were no New Year's money envelopes. It was more unpleasant to know that someone who steals children's New Year's money envelopes was working here than to have the contents of my wallet stolen, which was a terrible experience right from the start of the new year. It was my fault for forgetting, so I gave up.

I stayed at West Hills Mito for the first time in a while. There were no problems with anything, and I was able to spend my time there without worry from check-in to check-out. If I were to be splurge-y, I would have liked a humidifier. My nose and mouth were so dry from the dry winter weather that I had no choice but to leave the bathroom door open and the shower running to prevent dryness.

The location is far from Mito Station and close to the downtown area. The room is twin, but the beds are just pushed together, so the room is small. On the other hand, the bath is separate, spacious, and comfortable. The parking lot is large, so it is convenient. The breakfast buffet is average. The service was polite at check-in, but there was no greeting at check-out. This hotel is difficult to evaluate.

First of all, I was impressed by how big the bathtub was. The room was clean and comfortable. It was our wedding anniversary, and we were given a complimentary dessert, which made it a wonderful memory.
