30.08 entrance room was not cleaned. The toilet seat is high, for tall people. We were going to leave on September 3, but we left after breakfast on September 2. We couldn't stay 1 more night. There was no room cleaning during this time. Sea slime. The ground is sandy but there is sediment. It is not clear. A 20cm diameter blue jellyfish washed up on the beach. We went to Sarımsaklı and swam. Breakfast is normal. The hotel is neglected. The room is small. The view is perfect. Cunda is not a good idea for a seaside holiday.

The rooms are poorly maintained, the building is old. Room balconies are not fully insulated. The employees are sullen. They did not put a kettle in the rooms, water could have been left in the refrigerator. Breakfast is open buffet, sufficient. Having a beach is just an advantage. We did not expect this discomfort for this price. When we left, the lady owner did not even look at us, we said good-bye to the guest, this is what business requires, we will not choose her again.

Our first holiday with the Bed and Breakfast concept. We would like to thank Mr. Ahmet and all the staff who helped erase all our hesitations. The rooms may need some renovations, but the sea, pool and beach, especially the beach, are excellent. Thank you again

We stayed between 15_17 July. The location is very nice. The pool was adequate and not too crowded. The beach and pier are very beautiful. The breakfast was also nice and satisfying. Walking distance to Cunda center, we never drove. We stayed in the family room in the attic. The view was great, I can say that if they renew the balcony and bathroom doors, it would be perfect for the room. Our only dissatisfaction is that what we eat and drink at the beach bar is written to our room number and paid for at check-out. There was a discrepancy between the price quoted when purchasing and the price quoted when paying. Either a menu should be issued or immediate payment should be made. Otherwise, whatever they say when leaving after everything is over will be paid, anyway, the thought of abuse should not be felt. Still, thank you for everything..
