Beautiful location, Good Food and Excellent Services. Room is good with all necessaries but dusty, poor light in bathroom and need a fly wire to the balcony door that can leave the door open.

First up meeting the beautiful and welcoming reception staff made us feel so welcome. The Rooms the Resort and the Two restaurants were world class. The facilities with free E - Bikes (who does that) along with the beautiful Goulburn river made our stay first class. The recruitment and train team should take a bow as all the staff at all levels including the housekeeping and galley were brilliant. The pillows in the room were ok but not what were used too, but the resort had a message next to the bed saying if the pillow is not to our satisfaction the ring reception and that they will assist. We asked for a memory foam contoured pillow and it was just like at home. The food at the two locations were brilliant,. The Providore with the marvellous Michelle at the helm made our stay so special. Dinner at the Muse (we dined both nights) were delicious with local produce with the waitresses buzzing around each table making sure everyone was happy. The resort is only an hour and a half away from Melbourne but I felt It could have been at any high class relaxation resort. I can’t wait to return and meet the beautiful staff.

This is an inland resort with luxury, comfort, space and quiet. Blessed with cafe, bars, tastings, day spa and restaurant right on the Goulburn River. Divine to stay and recharge and close to Nagambie. All staff ensure your experience is perfect.

During covid, along with another couple, we paid $400 for 2 vouchers for Mitchelton could not be redeemed at the time. We have tried to redeem these vouchers this week only to be told they had expired and would not be honoured. I understand the vouchers are past the expiry date however as I explained to Tom the manager we have used and paid for the hotel and restaurant since then but had chosen not to us the vouchers as we wanted to share the experience with the other couple. I find this extremely disappointing that a major hospitality business will take the money and refuse to provide a service. While we have supported this business in the past we no longer will.

I loved Mitchelton so much when I took my mother in December that I had to come straight back with my husband in January! Love everything about the place, but especially the incredible Aboriginal Art gallery. The staff are all exceptional- the names we could remember are Natalie, Sonya, Lauren, ZZ, Jewel, Charlie, Mila, Shaniza, Ella, Winnie, Fanny and Johnny. There are so many more especially those behind the scenes whose names we missed but every single person we interacted with was so warm and kind and helpful and made each stay so special. The grounds are amazing, the rooms are tasteful, the food is exceptional, the spa is relaxing, the pool is great fun and the wine is wonderful. But make sure you prioritise visiting the gallery above all else! Thank you to all at Mitchelton and can’t wait to come back again soon :)

We were so glad we chose to stay in a Cabin on the Crescent for two nights. The view across the vines and the paddock between was delightful - and at dusk and dawn the kangaroos grazed their way towards and away from us - they were very close to the cabin when we came back from dinner on the first night. There is a generous supply of included snacks and with access to the Provedore for a yummy breakfast and lunch, plus Muse restaurant for dinner, it turned out that from Tuesday-Thursday we didn't need to leave the grounds. The morning walks along the river were also a highlight for me. In late summer/early autumn there is an issue with European wasps in most of norther Victoria at the moment, so we didn't use the little patio so much, but the view from inside was so wonderful it really didn't matter!

Tranquil winery with lovely accomodation. Rooms very comfortable selected the room with the river view lovely to sit on the balcony. Loved the pool it was a good size. Only downfall;l was there were a lot of wasps at the time we visited . Recommendation would be they should hose down the pool area daily. Loved the restaurant Muse and the providor for breakfast. Wines well priced and great experience. Close enough to travel into Ngambie or other areas for trips.

We had a great couple of nights here on a quick get away. It’s a lovely property about an hour and a half from Melbourne. Quite a nice room. Not large but adequate. The grounds are fantastic. The pool is great. The staff super friendly. The breakfast was also great. Do the wine tasting experience as their wines are excellent. The Muse restaurant was also very good. Just a nice peaceful place on a very busy weekend.
