Smelly room
I approached the counter, there were four people behind the counter watching TV until I had waited a couple minutes for service. Once we got to our room the smell of animal urine immediately hit us. Even with the fan on and window open it was unbearable.

AC wasn't working properly, florescent bulbs above the one bed needed to be replaced, battery cover was missing on the remote. Beds were OK and everything else was fine.

Stayed 3 nights for a vacation. It was okay for the price. Could hear every footstep from the people in the room above me.

Our room did not get cleaned while we were out, one of the light bulbs was out, the pool was okay, the sheets were not changed, the shower was not cleaned, and no phone to call for assistance.

Everything was clean and staff friendly and helpful. It was priced way below others so we were concerned. But the place was spotless but the facility and furniture were dated and used. Scratches and dents and older styles. We had dogs and it was perfectly acceptable for us and worth the price.
