I have a few short term stays in these townhouses. This give a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, which makes for a nice. The open room on the first floor makes for a nice common pace for people to hangout with each other.
You have the whole three bedroom townhouse. There is a garage, driveway, and a patio area outside the back door. If you are visiting with dogs there is a large grass lot to the east where your dog can run around a bit. If you are traveling with multiple vehicles or large vehicles, we can work out parking arrangements for those as well.About pets:Pets allowed: limit 3 total.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties.Maximum event attendees: 39.

A good amount of space for a family or friends to hang out. Extra bonus to be able to use the garage to keep vehicle out of inclement weather as well. Overall good stay!

Great place, great Ice Cream, Great views
The house was wonderful. One of the cleanest that allows pets we've seen in a while. Of course there was a couple small things that I would have liked to be differnt but it wouldn't prevent me from staying again. Highly recommend seeing the Corn Palace after dark, and Milkway Ice cream shop.

Excellent! Home away from home!
Very spacious and gorgeous home! Plenty of space and very clean cozy home! Owner and local rep were both very nice and responsive. House is located just outside of town but easy to get to. Nice family neighborhood! Would stay again when in town. Excellent stay!
