Good location and decent but bed sheets not clean and had hairs which was a put off. Morning staff did not arrive, so basic breakfast was quickly organised by the cleaner.

I would happily visit again. Check in was smooth. Staff were very helpful. Location was very near to both a tram stop and a bus stop. Breakfast was basic but included in the price so more than adequate. Parking was also free and I never had a problem with finding a space in the car park.

Stayed at this property for 3 nights in the summer. Was given the room on the ground floor of the annex and the window for the room opened to the parking lot. It was very warm weather and the only way to get cooler air was to have that window open. But it was unsafe to leave it open when we left during the day bc of easy access of the parking lot, so our room was like a sauna when we returned. It also felt unsafe to sleep at night with the window open bc anyone could come in that way. There was also a lot of noise from customers talking g in the parking lot and on Saturday night there was loud music and yelling/singing happening in the parking lot at 1am! The room we were given should never be used as a guest room. There are so many issues with it being on the ground floor with the only window opening in the parking lot! On top of all this, the wifi did not work at all. It only worked in the restaurant, but it couldn't be used in the annex building where our room was. We got no help from staff other than telling us it should work.

Rooms were clean but dated. Cleaning lady was lovely and super friendly. Food was very tasty Curtains need upgraded, safety pins holding lining together.
