When I left, I went to the front desk to explain that I needed to make a receipt. The grandmother said ok. I looked up and found other tourists behind me. I was told that you can go online to download. I am speechless. The lobby was amazing on entry and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Ended up needing to room change three times due to extreme uncleanliness. The first room I was in I had full cookies and Cheez-Its on the floor between the bed and behind the chair / hide a bed in the corner. It's the second room was much nicer with a balcony. Upon inspection the countertops were covered with sugar and spilled liquid that had dried and congealed and there were oily figure prints on the table tops. The refrigerator was full of melted ice cream and old coffee in an open container. The third room I was in had way for cookies underneath the bedspreads on the floor along with broken pieces of rather thick plastic everywhere. When the chair in the corner was moved there was popcorn spread all over the floor and the bedspread that was underneath the shamed protect it was covered in un-laundered spilled food. I booked through chip and was not able to cancel my booking due to the prepayment, or I absolutely would have, if you have children or animals that you concerned of allergies I would recommend you not stay.
