"The hotel was good. Breakfast was good. I checked out early in the morning and went to the airport, but I missed my flight. The next flight was not until the afternoon. And I returned to the hotel, and staff kindly agreed when I asked to come back to my room before they cleaned it and stay until noon."

"Room 1145 air conditioner was extremely noisy. Hard to sleep due to that and outside noise (hoons reving up at 1am). Shower, bed and linens were good. This hotel has a guest laundry on b2. The restaurant service was terrible, brought soup and main meal at the same time. Quality of the food was average. Airport shuttle was 20 minutes late for airport pick up, 10 minutes late for drop off, it services the Hilton Airport hotel as well. The king room was quite large."
"The hotel is very close to the airport, less than half an hour, the fare is about 30 dollars. The hotel is in the city, very convenient. The hotel environment is good and the hygiene is also very good. The front desk lady is very good. The bad thing is that such an expensive hotel does not have breakfast."
"Great location near YYZ. Take the link train from T1 or T3 and get off at Viscount then hotel is right there next to the station. Easy check in with friendly staff. Restrauant on first floor was good and opened late for food. Comfortable bed and would stay again. Can take the luggage carts with you to your room, which is very convenient"
"I had a great stay at Radisson. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. I also enjoyed the food, special shout to Shivam for his amazing service at the breakfast. There was one issue: the WiFi was not working properly—it was either too slow or intermittent. Thankfully, I had mobile data, so I was able to manage, but it could have been quite inconvenient otherwise. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"
"Room was fine, basic amenities with bar soap. The shuttle from the airport is nice, but the organization of the shuttle is messy, as we were scheduled for the 4:30am shuttle, but the vehicle was already full so we had to wait longer while they find a cab for us. The evening manager during check in also said she would pack a simple breakfast for us since we miss the free breakfast but the morning manager didn't even know about it so we didn't get anything."
"The room is good, there is a sofa bed for children to rest. Breakfast is plentiful. Very close to the train station and bus station, there is free parking for self-driving. Cleaned once in two days, especially suitable for family and children."

GGuest UserWe had a n excllen stay. The shuttle brought us to and from the hotel/airport.
The staff was professional, happy and helpful.
The lobby was comfortable and relaxing with games and all day coffee/tea -- a nice place to spend time.
Breakfast was good - eggs, toast, waffles, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal. They had gluten-free bread.
The room was clean and comfortable - good bed, big bathroom, enough hangers, large tv, small office desk with a firm chair, wifi was fine.
We didn't use the pool or gym, but the gym looked good -- small, but with some cardio equipment and free weights.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
WWing Sze AdaSo grateful I managed to book this hotel while my first flight was delayed near midnight and I couldn’t catch the next flight back home. Thanks to trip.com I managed to book instantly and just walked over to the hotel right across T3. Had a good night sleep before I catch the next flight home at noon. The reception staff was friendly and showed sympathy and gave me a good room on the quiet side of the hotel.
PPotsan01My flight arrived after midnight, called hotel for ahuttle service, they said go to exit door 13 or 37. After arriving at door 13 called again to check on shuttle, and it took over 20 min for one to come. It appears that front desk did not call or tried to call the shuttle, it turned out shuttle was waiting on exit door 37, and come to exit door 13 because double tree hotel front desk called about their travellers.
Other than the above experience, hotel was clean, bed comfy, and breakfast was very good. Overall good location, good facilities and breakfast. Recommend to look into having front desk be proactive with shuttle services when customer arrive late.
KKaiBergI was satisfied by the location near the airport. The room was clean. The service was ok. I wanted to store my luggage while i returned a rental car and they insisted i check in first.
When i needed to take the airport shuttle ut wasn't available for another hour and a half so fortunately the hotel called and paid for a taxi for me.
GGuest UserThis is a modern Best Western with all of the comfort that you would expect from an American chain hotel. Notable upside: For fifty dollars we were able to extend our check out by four hours, which is a better deal than at many other hotels. There are two Best Westerns here and this is the one that allows airport shuttle pick up after midnight. (Taxi is expensive here, so pick this Best Western if you have late arrival). The only downside is that shuttle service only occurs about every fifty minutes.

The reception staff gave a warm and welcoming greeting upon arrival, which set a positive tone right from the start. Overall, it was a great experience and I would gladly stay here again.
JJemelWe were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for.
The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable.
The wifi might seems have a problem too.
On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience.
I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

MmohmedThere is a big problem with packing, I paid for parking but to much snow there, so the vehicle can not park properly and the receptionist not helpful. Was ignoring us, we was stak to parking about 1 hour, the receptionist name is Halche,
Then I asked for a refund for parking , but ignoring and i parked in legally all night, but i luckily not getting penalty,
GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
