Fast and easy check in process. Lots of parking on site. Friendly front desk staff. Big spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Restaurant on site and subway restaurant on property. There are 2 gas stations within walking distance. Overall a good experience.

We took an early flight so booked this hotel to avoid traffic. Free shuttle runs with schedule, you must reserve the spots before riding in order to secure the seats (especially during midnight)

The hotel should be good for travelers staying for days in order to manage the itinerary easily either inbound or outbound. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that I was told from the hotel receptionist that the hotel's elevator out of service and they couldn't arrange the room for me at ground floor, and the receptionist gave me two choices either taking two luggage to go up the room at third floor by myself or cancel the booking. I wonder if the hotel employed such receptionist to manage the customer needs is corrected.

Always a nice overnight stay before flying out of Toronto. Clean rooms, courteous staff, a restaurant next door and 24/7 free shuttle to the airport.

Booked through trip.com. Woke up to the sound of drilling and hammering both mornings. Booked the hotel to get away from condo Reno's as I work overnights. Ended up wasting $200 as it was even worse than staying home. Hotel said they weren't supposed to start construction until after 10am but started at 9am. Hotel offered nothing to accommodate. Said they had no available rooms to move us to. Upon checking out wasn't even asked if I enjoyed my stay
