It was a nice place to stay. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy

Good hotel but the elevator wasn’t working when we were there.

The front desk staff were rude and it took 20 minutes to check in - it was pre paid and we were the only ppl there. They then wanted a $250 dollar deposit which is more than I have ever paid at ANY hotel. The shower was broken, overall disappointing

Professional, clean, good location

The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the beds are clean and comfortable. I am very satisfied that the rooms are equipped with irons, hair dryers, coffee machines and other equipment to meet the needs of our passengers. The only fly in the ointment is that there are no restaurants around, not even a convenience store, and the breakfast downstairs in the hotel is a bit expensive.

It is more convenient to travel by car. The surrounding environment feels a bit deserted. I was a little confused when I first arrived, the hotel is the one behind. But the front one thought it was a hotel.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my amazing experience at this hotel. It was squeaky clean, which I absolutely loved! The place was so quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to relax. I felt really safe during my stay, which is always a top priority for me. And let me tell you, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Super comfortable! Overall, I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable stay.

The Courtyard is my favourite place to stay when visiting family in the Meadovale area. I've stayed there a few times now. It is right off the 401 (Missisauga Road exit) so access is easy. The rooms are nicely up-to-date with a really good TV... it had all-HD channels and I was able to access Netflix on my pc via the HDMI input, no problem. The free wi-fi worked fine for my purposes. The HVAC is pretty quiet and works well... it's easy to see the settings and set it. The north-side rooms directly overlook the always-busy 401 so if traffic noise bothers you (or maybe you kinda like the white-noise of it like me), consider that. There are many big-chain restaurants (Starbucks, Montana's, Boston Pizza, The Keg) a short drive away but nothing really walkable. There is a nice nature walk in Mullett Creek park just down the road. I did not use any of the on-site amenities but I imagine they're at least OK. I will definitely stay here again.

The only negativer was the coarseness of the towels. Otherwise excellent

We needed a late check-in. There was no problem, there was somebody at the reception to let us in (after 12 am). The room was large, very clean and the beds great for sleep. There was coffee, tea and bottled water, so we did not miss anything.

Room was great, but The Bristo restaurant breakfast was very disappointing. Food serviced cold and over cooked.

heating system didn’t work…necessary to change rooms. staff very nice and helpful

The room is clean and tidy the bed is comfortable excellent customer service the breakfast was delicious
