Staff are very nice..facility were very clean

Booked a room here to stay with my wife because we were attending a wedding in Mississauga. Clean hotel with great service!

The room is relatively large and the surrounding environment is relatively quiet

It's OK. Hygiene is average.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Soundproofing, Convenience of Transport, Value for Money, Hotel Smell, Corridor Soundproofing, Mosquito Control Measures; There are other people's hair on the walls of the room, very disgusting. The Indian front desk and manager do not store luggage and have a bad attitude. I have 4 large suitcases and 2 small ones, it is said that there is not enough space. I went in and saw that the luggage room was very empty. After a long time of arguing, I kept the big luggage and let the small ones carry them by myself. When I came back to pick up my luggage, I found that there were a lot of other people's new luggage in the luggage room.

Staff was very polite and helpful. The only thing i wasnt happy but wasnt the end of the world was their was no plug to ake a bath and no vending machines you have to go to loby and grab from their snack bar

inside the lobby was clean however, outside needed cleaning up. The cigarette canister was overflowing, and the carpet smelled in the corridors.

This place is horrible it’s smells so bad and it’s very dirty plus are air conditioning was broken and we had to switch rooms at midnight cause it was to hot

The hotel is very close to the highway, but we didn't hear traffic. There's not much walkable in the area, but a short drive to restaurants, bars, shopping. Nice room! Very friendly staff.

The room was not as shown in the pictures. The ice machines smelled like chlorine on both 4th & 6th floors and weren’t working. The USB in the desk was not even connected to anything. The safe had the keypad hanging off The room was hotter than the desert and not able to adjust The room keys worked “sometimes” Pullout sofa bed was terrible for comfort

Every thing was disgusting at the hotel and it was under staffed. I didn’t even spend the night o left and slept in my car instead.

Room too hot and temperature gauge didn’t work .Unable to get in the internet

Had a very comfortable stay although the furnishings and hotel itself are dated and in need of a refurb and some good cleaning as noted in some of the other reviews. Main areas of room were clean, but some things were lacking, ie. finger prints on drawers, doors needing wiped down, etc. Housekeeping was lacking -- bed was not made while we were out for the day, towels were not all replaced. But the bathroom was clean, the bed was clean and VERY comfortable which is one of the most important things for me. Front desk staff very helpful and courteous. And as noted in other reviews, still only one functioning elevator which slowed things down at times. Overall a good stay and would stay again.

No AC was just blowing hot air, they switched us rooms and had the same thing happening
