Nice hotel. Fast and easy check in. Plenty of parking. Big spacious rooms with cable and hdmi outlet. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice walk in shower. Friendly staff.

Good hotel and centrally located in Mississauga and near Toronto Pearson airport. Staff was friendly and room was okay. The bed was super comfy and I liked that I could get to my destinations easily.

The hotel itself has no problem at all.
However there was a scheduled power outage in the next morning which was only known when I checked in the hotel previous night.
The internet, the lift, the shower were all out at 9:30am until i checked out at 11am.
I have to make special arrangement to cope with the power outage.
Trip.com did not notify me such outage when I book the hotel, which I think the hotel did not inform trip.com anyway. The hotel only offered complimentary coffee and pastry as a gratitude for the inconvenience.

So far so good. Clean and walk in shower what so wanted. Also Microwave and small mini fridge. Staff so far has been nice and has been attentive to my needs. A lot of parking too.

I do not recommend this hotel to any one. The wall paper in the bathroom was dirty and peeling off. The sink and tub were only passable. The desk chair fabric not only worn but super dirty. The bed sheet has dirty big patch at the end. There was NO LIGHT BULB , yes no light bulb in the desk lamp. 1 star hotel because there is no negative star. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL.

This property is not well maintained. Rooms need update. They had 2 plastic water bottles in the rooms which seems to refilled as for both caps were open. Moreover gets very noisy 7am onwards and housekeeping starts banging on the doors 8am

I really liked this hotel. They have a restaurant, they serve breakfast at a cost, they have a small convenience store. There rooms are nice. Staff is very accommodating, we had a problem with our room and when they couldn’t fix it. They found us another room. The pillows and mattress was very comfortable!

So I chose the hotel because it has a hot tub. Around 8:30 / 9 pm I went to the pool area to use the hot tub. The pool area was full of children, which made it awkward for a man by himself just wanting to use the hot tub. The hot tub wasn't even working, I pressed the button to turn on the jets .. and nothing happened.
My room wasn't cleaned properly before I went in there, tucked beside the bed was someone's socks, someone other then me. So if that was there that would indicate to me the room hadn't been vacuumed since the last guest was there before I arrived.
