The King Jetted Tub Suite was a delight. We loved it especially my infant who was very happy to enjoy a good time with mum and dad in the Jet Tub. Room/Facility was clean and the complimentary breakfast came in handy. The ladies at the breakfast place were very helpful too. Highly recommend!

It's very nice.

It's relatively bad. It's said to be an airport hotel, but it's actually quite far away. It's an Indian-Pakistani hotel. It can be said to be very shabby. The breakfast only has bread, oatmeal, coffee, and not even milk. I feel like I've been cheated. There's no drinking water in the room. It costs 3 Canadian dollars to buy a bottle. It's a decent stay, I won't stay here again in the future.

Highly not recommended. Lots of hair on the sheets and pillows. The room smelled very strong. The trees outside the window are close to the window, and the wind blows loudly. Hygiene: Very poor Environment: Serious noise pollution Facilities: General

I have never stayed in such a disgusting hotel. We changed two rooms in total. The first one had a strong smoke smell. I went to the manager and asked him to change the room. He and I went to the room to ask and said no. The smell of cigarettes, I was wearing a mask and could smell a strong smell, I asked him what it smelled like, he said to change your room, I went to the second room, the most speechless is that this room smells of feet , I asked him, is there any smell in this room, he said it was the original smell of the room, I asked him the smell of this room is different from the previous room and the corridor, right, he said yes. Then he had no room, and it was 12 o'clock. I was too tired to sleep and woke up several times.

Wasn’t the room I booked. It had damaged walls the smallest shower I have ever seen. It was loud can hear people talking all hrs and a fire alarm was going off for 40 mins at 2am the ice machine and snack/drink machines were broken definitely not the relaxing night away from home for my birthday that I had on mind and definitely nothing close to the experience the hotel makes it seem your going to have. Overall it was a horrible experience. Will not come back or recommend to anyone

The washroom exhaust fan is super load, there should be an option to turn it off if needed. Or if the moisture is concern it should at least be quiet enough not to be uncomfortable to the ears. What’s with the paint peeling off at the sealing and the wall paper?….it seems renovated gone wrong…but the cleanliness it so far good 👍.

Overnight stay that fulfilled my needs. Staff friendly and continental bfast was good. Would stay there again.

People cause some noise on floor but in rm in rm 233 after 1230 am smoke detectors kept cheeping loud every 2 minute very in convenient to sleep

It was nice. It wasn’t super quiet but that’s no fault of the hotel it’s just very close to the airport

Its all good and all staff is very efficient but need to work on front desk, they are very good but usually they are very busy in weekends so they should add another person for busy hour. I was got checked in by employee name PAUL very nice guy and helpful.

Cost per stay was reasonable; building is ready for upgrades as it is somewhat dated and showing wear. Good location as close to major highways. Staff was helpful especially when TV remote wouldn’t work. Upgraded us to better room with workable TV. A good stay overall.
