We were able to get a great rate for our long term stay. The hotel is very modern and clean. The beds were so comfortable. The pillows were soft. The staff were helpful especially Georgina. There’s no breakfast or coffee but you can make some in your room. They even let us borrow an electric kettle for our hot water. No microwave in the rooms but they have one that you can use in the lobby. They also have a gym and laundry area. The hotel is close to 401 and the airport

To start with the positives, the room was spacious, well decorated and well-lit with good facilities. The view was great, and staff were friendly on passing in and out of the hotel. My stay was almost faultless- however, after the first night I began to wake up with bites on my arms. I first assumed these were mosquito bites that I must have got during the day- so bought some bug spray to wear when I was out and about during the day. Morning by morning, I awoke to more and more bites over my arms, legs and neck. I’ve never dealt with bed bugs before so it wasn’t until I had medical advice I realised what was happening. I asked for sheets to be changed half way through my 8 night stay as I thought I may have a rash from the detergent used or something, but of course, this didn’t change anything. The hotel, location and space is great, but more needs to be done in terms of cleanliness as I ended up having to cover my arms and legs due to how bad they were. Due to this- avoid or be very cautious!!! For the hotels sake- please call an extermination team for room 319- and I would probably bet that this isn’t the only room with an issue.
