The reason I am writing to you is to let you know about the behavior that Diego and Alex exhibited when I tried to present my complaint. Please be aware that both night auditors disrespected me. Diego hung up the phone on me while I was trying to explain that my room was dirty, with trash in the trash can and an unclean bed.
When I went to the front desk and asked Diego why he hung up, he replied, "because you don't want to understand that this room was a room change." I told him that unfortunately, he should inspect the room before renting it again, and he said it wasn't his responsibility, mocking me with the other agent, Alex. These are the names they gave me; I'm not sure if they are correct, but they are the agents who worked the 11 pm-12 am shift.
Please address this inappropriate and disrespectful behavior. While the working methods may differ, the Fairfield by Marriott should have the same standard For room changes room inspection before sale the rooms to other guests. Room 436
