老式的國賓館那樣子的招待所，被褥還算乾淨，但湖邊上確實太潮了，又剛下完暴雨，房間裏一股潮濕的味道。但好處就是第2天天晴後山上全都是小蘑菇，孩子們玩的挺高興。

房間很好 感覺設施翻新過 但是還是老賓館的樣子 酒店院子很大 後面有一片湖 時間不巧 湖水很大 沙灘很小 但是也挺開心 希望到湖邊的樓梯再修繕一下就更好了

條件設施一般吧，唯一的優勢就是離新開流景區近，賓館的保潔人員挺多也挺勤快，但是依然彌補不了環境的簡陋！

建築風格像上世紀九十年代海邊療養院的風格，因為靠近水邊，房間比較潮濕，有點黴味，設施比較老舊，無正餐，早餐20一位自助（自願）；好的一方面是院後面就是大興凱湖，有獨立免費沙灘，可免費游泳，停車非常方便，價格比較合適，不介意硬件環境的可以推薦！

離湖近，老的療養院改造，私家湖灘，晚上湖邊沒燈
設施老舊，儘管能看出原來的奢華，但現在已不入流
潮，房間不大，三個床幾乎佔滿，牆皮失修，滲水處已長綠毛
早餐單訂，20一位，就饅頭，小鹹菜，雞蛋，粥
無正餐，位置很好也很偏僻，吃飯得出去

攜程網上預訂了二天房，就為了遊玩曾經的第一大淡水湖-興凱湖。
自駕游到酒店，大院子裏面停車方便，房間設施老化，還好衞生還可以。酒店一號樓後面就興凱湖。
酒店沒有餐飲服務，第一天晚上是開車30多公里走湖崗公路去興凱湖農場場部打包的餐。早餐需要提前訂，20元一位，簡單的不能太簡單了。
酒店反正就是原來那種國營旅館的管理和服務。

老牌國營招待所的感覺，不過在景區裏這個價格很值了，值班的姐姐也很好還提醒我蚊子多。酒店裡有自己的一片沙灘，晚上在湖邊看了月亮很美好。真是不理解父母為啥非得去景點人擠人
