評分不高，沒辦法，WIFI不給力，一個賓館四樓連個電梯都沒有，電視也沒有，要啥都沒有，價格還那麼高，我瞭解你是景區的酒店，但咱們配套也稍微給點力，離着邊境口近，你就能這麼幹了？窗外的風景也很不錯，好的資源給你了，能不能好好乾，説句實話我覺得興凱湖真的很不錯，風景美，環境也好，就是被你們這些村裡人配套耽誤了，除了想辦法載客就是宰客，能宰一個是一個

這個賓館真是讓人大無語😓默認房間內沒有浴巾，想打房間電話讓前台送、發現房間電話沒有插線…前台送來一個浴巾。沒有Wi-Fi、沒有瓶裝水、沒有電梯，這些都不算什麼，洗澡這個事真是奇葩！第一個人洗的時候水超級熱、第二個人洗的時候水超級冰，注意⚠️是冰不是涼！客服説等等熱水器燒一會兒，等到第二天早上，還是超級冰

怎麼説呢，對居住有要求的人就不要選擇這個鎮住了！這個賓館是鎮裏最好的了，環境跟一般，屋內發黴嚴重，衞生不行，因為自駕遊，衹能落腳這裏了。這個村鎮很小很小，幾乎沒有配套設施，關店的居多。例如超市，葯店，商店等全部沒有，當地飯店宰客嚴重，湖魚158一斤，氣到沒吃。如果必須落腳，選擇大一點的城鎮吧！

這個應該是很多年前的老賓館，並不是24年剛開業，沒重新裝修，很陳舊，水龍頭銹跡斑斑，搖搖晃晃，最基本的用品都沒有，下水管漏水，床頭燈一個不亮，一個接觸不好，不停的閃，衹好關掉，共四層沒有電梯，上樓梯黑乎乎，不是感應燈，摸索着找開關，剛開房門一股黴味，許多人大概和我一樣看是24年開店，找到這家店，結果非常失望，就這還要收200元按金，退房時和樓上服務員用手機聯繫，太慢。
