乾淨，我們住的舒心滿意，本想住一天看看，最後決定住三天。新的樓房，建意房主多養綠羅。樓下有個家常菜管很不錯，還有早餐店都不錯。

極少寫評價，實在忍不了。先吐槽一下服務，説鑰匙放在墊子下面，結果沒有，找了半天都沒有，打電話兩三次還質疑我走錯單元，從找不到到最終派人過來開門用了超過45分鐘，最關鍵是不斷質疑我有沒有走錯，我都確認了多次沒有走錯的情況下還是這樣，最後連個道歉的態度都沒有。第二個問題，我已經很久沒碰到要給按金的民宿了，收我200按金，這個也沒問題，關鍵是房間內有4瓶小瓶的礦泉水，頂多4元成本，我喝了，沒有任何説明這個礦泉水是付費的，退按金的時候和我説4元一瓶，拜託，要收費先説啊，就算收費，東北這個物價，12元買一打礦泉水了，房間的還要是1小瓶的！設施我給了4分，這個價格，有這個設施還是可以的。衞生給了2分，兩個吐槽點，洗衣機太臟沒法用，入門的時候看到三衹德國小蠊，果斷打死。環境總體還行，市中心小區，算安靜，地段好，附近早餐多，停車超級不方便，小區不能停，附近路邊都滿了，卸了行李走好遠。
