We were stranded in France when our car broke down last weekend so needed to stay somewhere until the car could be fixed. Hotel aux ateliers was more than adequate. It was clean and had everything we needed. However, the thing that had the biggest impact on us was the kindness of the ladies on reception. They made the whole experience less stressful for us by organising taxis and liaising with garages and car hire companies. All I can say is a very big Thank You. Your help was much appreciated!!

Very nice young woman in reception. She spoke English very well!
Nice room, but the bed was a bit narrow and too soft. Style and decor very nice!

The hotel is great, all new and fresh. Friendly staff and nice big rooms with beds that are new. The bath room is very nice with a shower that was perfect and brand new towels. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area and short distance from motorway.Quiet at night, had a good sleep.

Le barman est exécrable !! Mr se croit à Cannes même pas un bonjour ou un merci vraiment il faut changer de métier ! Il parle avec mépris comme déjà là où il travaillait avant (capitainerie à baume les dames) Nous avons consommé toute la soirée (environ260euros), les enfants lui ont gentiment demandé un verre d’eau et il leur a dit d’aller aux toilettes sèchement. Dommage bonne ambiance plombée par ce genre d’individu qui n’aime pas ce qu’il fait !!

Indécent…
Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Lè lavabo de la salle de bains était bloqué. D’une part, je ne crois pas que ces deux problèmes sont survenus le jour de mon arrivée. Cela veut dire que quelqu’un identifié à un moment donné le problème et ne le traite pas. D’autre part, quand j’en parle à la réceptionniste, il n’y a même pas un mot d’empathie ou d’excuse. C’est indécent.

Weekend end aux ateliers
Nous séjournons souvent dans cet hôtel lors de nos passages à Besancon . Bel hôtel bien insonorisé et très bon petit déjeuner. Seule petite remarque le tarif pour notre petit bichon un peu trop élevé !
