The staff was exceptionally accommodating and very kind. The gentleman at the front desk literally ran when I requested extra pillows. Also he gave us a non smoking room when I booked the only room they had which was smoking. The room was large and the air conditioning kept you cold! The nightwear also was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. This hotel was definitely a 4 star in my books!!

三沢市内中心部から少し離れていますが、繁華街までは徒歩圏内です。禁煙ルームが満室のためやむなく喫煙ルームに宿泊しました。エアコンからたばこの臭いがしたので、エアコンを止めて窓を全開にして寝ました。ユニットバスもたばこの臭いがしました。喫煙ルームと分かっていて予約したので仕方ありません。フロントの対応はよく、朝食も家庭的でよかったです。たばこの臭いが減点、フロント対応と朝食がよかったので加点、トータルでプラスマイナスゼロの評価です。

三沢市内の中心部で飲食を伴う仕事を目的とした宿泊で利用しました。
青森県内から車移動でしたが、駐車場も無料で利用でき室内の清潔度や設備も問題ありませんでした。スタッフの方へタクシー配車をお願いしましたところ非常に良い対応でした。
三沢市内での宿泊の際はまた利用したいと思います。

フロントの対応は可もなく不可もなく。
ユニットバスのトイレの便器の下から水漏れしてて靴下が濡れて、いきなり最悪な思いをしました。
Wi-Fiが繋がりにくいというか、ほぼ使えないレベルなので利用は諦めました。

打車到機場或三澤站都是十幾二十分鐘，走的話都是近一小時（機場稍遠）
