I must give Iwayu's service staff and chef five stars. The service is not deliberate, and every part is considered for the guests first. The restaurant was the most amazing one I had recently in Japan. Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation was also very attentive. Not only is the taste enjoyable, the visual is also great!
The room is very large, with Showa style, and the nearby hot spring street is small and beautiful, very unique. Suitable for a quiet vacation away from the city!

My child wanted to go to the Aoyama Gosho Hometown Museum of Conan during Golden Week, so I made a reservation here as it was available at short notice. I called to confirm as I have a wheelchair-bound son, but they refused in a very rude manner, saying that wheelchairs are not allowed! As a result, I was unable to book another hotel and had to give up on the trip my child was looking forward to. I have always enjoyed traveling to various places with my wheelchair-bound child, but this is the first time I have been treated like this. Nowhere on the website does it say that wheelchairs are not allowed, and even if the hotel is not barrier-free, it is normal for them to say that it will cause inconvenience, but the staff will cooperate, so if that is okay with you, please stay.
