Yuraku

夫婦二人で行きました。なんと言ってもお料理が大変美味しく、目にも舌にもお腹にも大満足させていただきました。夕飯はもとより朝ごはんもお正月ということでお節料理にお雑煮まで充分過ぎるほどでした。また行きたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

This is a compact Japanese-style inn with only 13 rooms. I stayed here because I had heard that the kaiseki cuisine was luxurious and delicious. I had a luxurious kaiseki meal prepared by the head chef, which consisted of Nodoguro (throat seaperch), abalone, and Tottori beef. It looked beautiful and was as delicious as its reputation suggested. There were many dishes, so it might be a bit tough for those with small appetites... I booked the smallest room, an 8-tatami room, but was upgraded to the largest room, a 14-tatami room with a wide veranda, where I was able to relax and unwind. It is an old Japanese-style inn, but it is well-cleaned. The waitress (male) was also very polite and helpful. I gave it 4 stars because the large public bath was open until 11pm. I wish it could be used until midnight.
