Kizukuri No Yado Hashizuya

Even though I arrived late for check-in, and of course I had contacted them, they greeted me as soon as I parked my car. The staff were very polite and warm, and I felt welcomed. I was very happy. The hot spring was also very pleasant, and I was able to relieve my fatigue. There were two washbasins, which were probably renovated and were very comfortable to use. Thank you very much!!

The waitress was terrible. I was expecting a relaxing stay because they seemed to have a good reputation for customer service, but it was a disappointment. When I asked my children if they wanted more rice at dinner, the waitress said, "Wait a minute! We're handing out the tempura now! Mom, don't be so hasty!" I felt like I was being mocked. Also, when my husband ordered a chuhai and I ordered a beer, she said, "So your wife drinks beer, I thought it was the other way around," and when my child tried to dip the tempura in the ponzu sauce for the yakiniku, she said, "That's meant to be eaten with salt!" There were many comments that were upsetting. At breakfast, I asked another employee to change the waitress, so the morning waitress was nice. However, even though they must have known that I was upset when I asked to be changed, there was no apology from that point until check-out.
