The apartment was clean, very very well located right in front of the beach.
Ricardo and Irina were super good hosts helping us with guidance and tips of things to do, where to go.
The beach accross the street is very nice and calm.
Highly recomended for short or long stay in Misano Adriatico

Waren erstmal da. Alles perfekt. Freundliche Familie. Kommen gerne wieder. Gut eingerichtet. Haben es weiter empfohlen Waren auch zufrieden. Zimmer mit Meerblick. Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Preis! enthalten was nicht normal ist. !

Soggiorno perfetto per quelle che erano le mie esigenze. Posto comodo da raggiungere direttamente sul mare, parcheggio facile, letto comodo, camera spaziosa e pulita e personale gentilissimo. COnsigliatissimo

Secondo anno consecutivo nel residence Roxy, cosa dire: è come sentirsi in famiglia. Tutto lo staff bravissime persone, cordiali e sempre disponibili. Sicuramente il prossimo anno sarà nostra intenzione ritornaci. Grazie mille di tutto Un saluto grande soprattutto a Riccardo ed Irina

Residence con ottima posizione, fronte mare, comodo a tutti i servizi e alla spiaggia, ben attrezzata. Appartamento bello, pulito e con vista mozzafiato. Personale fantastico, sempre disponibile, cordiale. Ottima squadra !! Un posto che resta nel cuore, dove sicuramente torneremo!

Di buono ha la posizione, è di fronte al mare. Si sconsiglia di prendere appartamenti che danno sul retro perché la vista è orrenda. E' un residence, e i servizi sono a zero. Non vi è la possibilità di avere nemmeno un asciugamano di ricambio se ve ne è bisogno. Titolari moldavi o russi. Monolocale piccolo, molto semplice spartano e dozzinale. Vi sono le cose essenziali, ma niente di più. Pulizia che lascia a desiderare con polvere sul mobilio. Aria condizionata difettosa. La piscina c'è ma non è del residence, è del lido di fronte al residence, è sempre affollata molto bassa come altezza dell'acqua. Relax in piscina inesistente. Se si vuole prendere un tramezzino c'è un barettino senza pretese all'entrata. Misano Adriatico, era la prima volta che ci siamo stati e non ci ritorneremo. Non ci siamo trovati bene, sconsigliato. La prossima volta si va in Hotel a Riccione.

ho appena fatto una settimana con la moglie Inga in questo bel residence prima di andare in Puglia a casa dei miei genitori. Molto bella la vista da appartamento , con il mare a pochi metri, molto comodo per vicino a bar, ristoranti ecc ecc Grazie a tuto lo staff per accoglienza
