There are 4 floors in total. The rooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors. The toilet on the 3rd floor is at the staircase outside the room, and the toilet and shower on the 4th floor are inside the room. Each apartment has 4 rooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a parking lot outside the apartment. It is a 15-minute drive from Wakayama. It is suitable for a self-driving tour with a large group of friends.
