For my arrival at the isolated railway station at Mirissa, the manager arranged a tuktuk pick-up. Just as well, because it would have been a 2-mile walk to the hotel. It's set in a leavy garden with some tropical life (lizards and monkeys but unfortunately mosquitoes as well). The manager was helpful and knowledgeable, arranging besides my arrival a trip to the Handunugoda tea estate. I thought the room was a bit pricey compared with nearby places but comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was good.

Nice clean accommodations with great additional amenities such as fridge in room. Staff were very friendly and always close by. Very central to the beach and all the going’s on in Mirissa. Also saw lots of monkeys from our room which was very exciting.

We stayed in DEC 2021 and originally booked via *********** for 2 nights, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was large and airy with no issues. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety, definitely set us up for the day! We enjoyed the stay so much that we extended to 4 nights! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, the proximity to the beach is great and the staff couldn't do anything more for us! (I wouldn't recognize the place from the previous review in April 2021) Sri Lanka has been hit hard by the pandemic and needs more tourists to visit- this was one of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka 😊

Жили в этом отеле 2 недели. Из плюсов: хозяин дал нам номер на втором этаже и скинул немного цену после нашей жалобы на букинге. Всё остальное плохо: периодически отключают электричество, генератора в отеле нет, вода нагревается солнцем - в дождливый день нет горячей воды. Очень шумно: постоянный ремонт, крики хозяйских детей, бегающих по территории отеля. Посуда грязная. ОЧЕНЬ много комаров. Пляж через оживлённую дорогу. На завтраках фрукты то зелёные, то гнилые, прокисшее молоко. Свои деньги отель не оправдывает. На ресепшен сложно кого-то найти, особенно вечером. Второй раз мы бы не приехали.

Очень хороший отель за свои деньги. Приветливый персонал , большой чистый номер с удобной кроватью 180/200, холодильником, кондеем, чайником. Берите второй этаж , тут уютнее, хотя балкон общий на 4 номера , но разделен перегородками. Сначала заселили в номер с очень громким старым кондиционером, но после моей просьбы без вопросов поменяли) Убираются раз в два дня , даже в вотсапп написали и ждали до 10 вечера моего прихода , чтобы убраться) До океана две минуты ровно идти ) Балл снижаю за шкаф , маловат конечно на двоих)

Чистый отель и номера, хорошая локация и славные завтраки. Приветливый персонал, горячая вода, просторные номера, приходят обезьяны. Персонал решает все вопросы. Сейф, холодильник, чайник, фен. Много где останавливались но выбрали это после осмотра в живую на 5 дней.
