Big spacious for big group stay. Cold hotel. Ready perfume for not familiar with old fashion smelly room. Convienient place.

Clean and tidy room. Would recommend to stay here and satisfied with their customer services

Hong Kong suite location is very good.. best customer service.. counter open as early as 530am..

Pros (+) - Very affordable (family room with 2 beds is around $90+ RM) - Accessible location (you can easily walk to get to stalls and local eateries) Cons (-) - Hotel is really old & outdated - Room is unhygienic (Toilet smells like urine, Sink are clogged) - Poor maintenance on amenities (aircond takes a long while before fully functional) - Missing some basic features (iron, hot drinks, toothbrush etc) Verdict: If you are on a budget or does not plan to stay at the hotel for long periods of time, this hotel would be fine as it is very affordable and has good location if you plan to explore the city by walking. If you are looking for a comfortable stay or plan to stay in the hotel for long hours this hotel is not suitable for you as it has poorly maintained amenities and missing features as well as hygienic issues.

So far the staff very helpful and the hotel very clean near to supermarket not so far from the city.. only one mistake no tv channels tv only for display because they have technical problem..

This little hotel served my purpose very well...initially booked 2 nights just to try it out but was satisfied with everything hence extended to 2 weeks stay lol (travel restriction due to COVID). Strategically located at Jalan Brooke, very easy to spot. Have their own convenient store at the lobby. Otherwise other 24hr mini mart also available behind the hotel. Places to eat & shop within 10 mins of walking distance. Single room is spacious compared to other inns/hotels within the same league. Daily housekeeping provided (cleanliness assured). Floor to ceiling windows provided natural lighting (very important otherwise it would be depressing). Internet connection most of the time quite fast, sometimes lag especially during night time. This is now my new port in Miri.

Good location right in the middle of Miri. The check in was smooth. The room was clean. Bathroom was ok. No hot shower. Wifi worked in room.

The hotel was next to a club and it was noisy all night. The room smelt like cigarettes. When I went into the bathroom there was only one towel. When I went down to get a another one the front desk person looked at me and said “yeah because it was raining we couldn’t get them dry.” finally after some time he came back from the back with a clean towel. The internet kept cutting in and out. When we went down to ask if the internet was working downstairs the front desk he said “yeah it happens all the time.”

very good location for those who have their own transport. situated outside of town away from busy traffic. free parking within hotel's compound is convenient for loading and safe. elevator is a bonus at this price range. however, room is too small and there's no place to put your personal items or luggage and hang your clothes. bathroom is adequately sized.

My daughter really loves this room.. Affordable price and the most important... It clean... Can easily fit with six adult as they provides 3 queen bedroom... Will come again if im in Miri... This very comfortable OYO hotel... Trust me.. U wont regrets...
