"Very nice place, so comfortable..the service also good, even long que but the receptionist always show the smile on their face 😊… But i haven’t try the food yet..will try while i come to visit Miri again and of course this hotel will be one of my list to stay."

"Thankfully, we picked this hotel! Not only was the room spacious and comfortable, but the window view was also excellent. The in-room music was a delightful touch – I absolutely loved it. It turns out this is considered the top hotel in the area; I even heard the Prime Minister stays here, and I can totally believe it! Despite that, the room rate we paid wasn't excessive, making it fantastic value for money! 👍"

"I had wonderful stay on the *12th floor*. The room was modern, and offered a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were well thought out. Service was warm and professional throughout our stay. Only small issue was the *side table clock*, which was *off by 39 minutes* — a minor detail, but worth adjusting for future guests. A shout of thanks to front desk staff who arranged a grab ride from her phone. I didn’t her name. I check from hotel after 0500hrs Overall, a great experience and would definitely return"

"location wise is good just walking distance to permaisuri imperial mall upon step into the hotel lobby you can smell the bad wet moisture near to the receptionist and also in our bedroom. u can see the black stain on every wallpaper due to the wet moist. telephone in our room is only for display. there is no telephone cable connected. have to walk down the lobby to request for toothbrush only provided upon request. Floor carpet is not light colour as shown in the picture, its dark colour now.. they should have done proper cleaning or maintainance. Our room didnt have fridge and the lightning of the room is very dim."

"I had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth. My room are very comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities complete but it just ready for only one person. The location was also ideal — close to everything but quiet enough to get a good night’s rest. Overall was good 👏🏽"

"Literally in from of mall and wireless walk. good location, minus point on no specific hotel parking but when i was there, parking was not an issue. rooms are nice with good amenities. Beware, the in house bfast is not buffet but rather just a meal and a drink which just an okay meal."

"it was my more than 3x stays at Meritz and it was completely incredible , not just about the connecting door to the mall , also about the safety. im highly recommended to stay here if you’re lazy to go anywhere cause the mall just beside u 😆. not even 10 step u took from the hotel to reach the mall.And for the services , everything was good till i order for room service , i dont know why the lady that answer my phone didn’t talk in appropriate tone.i hope they fix how they should be communicate to the guest."
