"The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Miri city, right in front of the Seahorse Waterfront. My room, which was upgraded as my original booking was full, faced the river and offered a stunning view, especially during sunrise and sunset—a gesture I truly appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly with the added benefit of 24-hour gym access. The gym facilities and equipment were impressive compared to those in other hotels I’ve experienced. I will definitely return, not only for the excellent amenities and facilities but also for the outstanding service provided by the staff in taking care of their guests."

"pros: - bed/pillow very comfy!! - spacious room - clean - smart tv - have mini fridge - eatery place within walking distance just behind hotel, hotel also have in house cafe cons - showerhead attached together with bath tub, water can get messy and a bit slippery, wished they have seperate space for shower - wifi slow - room a bit dark as they use yellow lighting overall ok, access card a bit troublesome if you dont know how to use rating: 8/10"

"Friendly staffs & allow early check in provided room available that day. Room a bit small & in my opinion, sofa & coffee table not necessary so that got place to put big luggage. Love the bathroom tiles colours but wardrobe inside the bathroom seem inappropriate. Anyway comfort & nice stay at this hotel."

"The unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves."

"I love the location of the hotel whereby it's in the middle of the town with access to many restaurants and connected to Imperial Mall and Permaisuri Imperial Mall. The room is spacious and clean. Hopefully, the hotel can improve their access card from insert card to swipe card only for the elevator and room access. Hopefully they can also provide more snacks in the future."

"I don't know how many times I have booked this hotel but as always the service is so good, the amenities almost complete it's just that toothbrush usually given 2 but this time the toothbrush has 1 only but luckily the staff give another toothbrush when I ask for it 😊"
