Hotel quite old, some cracks on the toilet door but they keep the place clean. Cleaning lady and staff at entrance door was helpful and friendly.

Spacious room, lightly lit room as well as it is cleaned, breakfast options are good, one of the few hotels that offered lamb as in their breakfast, overall although old hotel but still a nice place to stay in

Very good location and the restaurant very nice with the food and drink … Will stay again

The rooms were unclean and outdated, making for an uncomfortable stay. The staff were rude and provided poor service throughout my visit. Additionally, the hotel was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. On top of all that, the price was way too high for the quality of the accommodations. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Miri.

This hotel not bad even only for hotel that only for 3 star. Easy to find the food. The room is so quiet and cold

Good location, huge n clean room, within short car ride to major business area. Room a bit dated with a mild smell n no power point at bedside, the only drawback.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, my room is extremely clean, w not a speck of dust, soft clean new sheets, functioning aircond & water heater, king sized bed. The hotel doesnt look new, but quality of the room is exquisite. hospitality of the staff is outstanding. Will propose my friends and fmily to come here in the future for stay miri. If u book standard room, make sure to bring own toiletaries though.

It's an old hotel but they kept on renew and revamp it and they kept it very clean and I'm quite impress with it. So much value for the price. The only bad thing though is the gym only opens at 1pm till 9pm. As a gym goer, that's a big frustration honestly.

I'm existing customer to support the good choice for stay. It is a budget hotel.

Free parking at the hotel compound is a plus point. Location wise is quite central yet you need a car to go from one point to another. The nearest mall bintang mall is 5 min by car. Breakfast is not so good and those who want to enjoy breakfast..this is not your hotel.
