10/10 couple days away. The location, the food, the hotel and the cleanliness of place was outstanding. Will definitely be coming back. The most important thing we enjoyed about this place was the amazing staff and their willingness to help at all times. Made the whole trip a memorable one.

We sat in the hotel for 3 nights and mr .adnan ( Omani man ) he give us upgrade of the room to a villa with a private pool and the name of the room was (oile) in Arabic words ( zaytona) The resort was a series of hotels (Grand Hyatt) The location is an hour away from Salalah, which made the place quieter and far from the noise, the sound of the sea and the lights at night makes you live an experience between (the desert and the sea) The service of the staff in the hotel is one of the best things possible and the existing schedule and events carried out by the hotel for guests indicates their interest without the need to go down to Salalah. The hotel is a place to settle and enjoy the tranquillity of nature without the need to go to another place. Cleanliness of the place, food, cleaning of rooms, service of the staff through diversification in hospitality to express their welcome to guests. There are classes to learn the cook and the offers offered by the spa to guests. The hotel's appreciation of the employees by honouring them and celebrating them, which I found in the place of residence, which reflects on the employee's giving the inmate everything he needs with love. The experience in general is 100%, it deserves every word of thanks.

Fantastic atmosphere, *****, desert like atmosphere within 5 star accommodation and service. This is not the typical place filled with grass and palm, they have preserved the desert like environment, recreating ah oasis dominated by rocks and sand. Really magic, like you are in the desert, but the infrastructure and the services are 5 star. We even saw bioluminescence in the water waves at sundown.

Truly fantastic resort with amazing facilities and awesome people helping and assisting above and beyond. Fully recommend ! Perhaps, to fully savor the beauty of the Salalah /Mirbat surroundings , July to September are even better recommended though might be a lot busier.

We had a wonderful time in Alila Hotel! Staff were friendly and kind, they cleaned our room twice per day. Bed and pillows were the comfiest! We booked villa with pool and it was a great choice. Whole hotel has a beautiful design, all pictures from web coincide with reality. Hotel is located app. 1 hour from the Salalah Airport nearby town Mirbat. We didn't mind the location because it was quiet all around and it felt more private. We rent a car and explored a little around as well. If you are interested to travel every day for new adventures then reconsider it because driving back and forth every day may be exhausting. Beach was very nice too, sea was warm. Service at the beach was great as well! Food was delicious, we started every day with rich breakfast and good coffee. If we go to Salalah again, we will definitely come back! Amazing design hotel in beautiful landscape between the sea, desert and a nice natural lagoon. Very tasteful interior, very spacious resort with great pool areas, beach, restaurants and spa. Perfect to relax for a few days and to explore the region. Very good food and highly attentive staff.
