10/10 couple days away. The location, the food, the hotel and the cleanliness of place was outstanding. Will definitely be coming back. The most important thing we enjoyed about this place was the amazing staff and their willingness to help at all times. Made the whole trip a memorable one.

We sat in the hotel for 3 nights and mr .adnan ( Omani man ) he give us upgrade of the room to a villa with a private pool and the name of the room was (oile) in Arabic words ( zaytona) The resort was a series of hotels (Grand Hyatt) The location is an hour away from Salalah, which made the place quieter and far from the noise, the sound of the sea and the lights at night makes you live an experience between (the desert and the sea) The service of the staff in the hotel is one of the best things possible and the existing schedule and events carried out by the hotel for guests indicates their interest without the need to go down to Salalah. The hotel is a place to settle and enjoy the tranquillity of nature without the need to go to another place. Cleanliness of the place, food, cleaning of rooms, service of the staff through diversification in hospitality to express their welcome to guests. There are classes to learn the cook and the offers offered by the spa to guests. The hotel's appreciation of the employees by honouring them and celebrating them, which I found in the place of residence, which reflects on the employee's giving the inmate everything he needs with love. The experience in general is 100%, it deserves every word of thanks.

From breakfast to dinner - everything was perfect. We liked everything very much. Especially the seclusion and tranquillity in the middle of a barren landscape. The staff go out of their way to fulfill your every wish. We would definitely book the hotel again and recommend it 100%.

Very peacefull and luxury place. The staff is amazing. Location is quiet and beautiful gem if Omani nature. The quality of the food is above all standards. Nice beach and lot of adventure options in the area with a well managed dive center. Perfect relax place.
