Hotel is far away from airport and from Piazzale Rome-Main Bus stand. Good point is, there is a bus stop (Bus 7E) just at 2 minute distance from Hotel, connecting to Piazzale Roma. Pros: 1.Good Garden and open area for morning and evening walk inside Hotel. 2. Good Reception service and Cleaning service 3. Nearby Bus stop to connect with Roma Piazzale (during day time). Cons:- 1. Away from City, Direct bus also takes almost an hour to reach Roma Piazzale. 2. No market nearby

Having stayed here some 9 years ago when visiting Venice we decided to return as previously it was just wonderful - we were not disappointed! Still a magnificent hotel, very clean, a great breakfast (having to pre-order this time), a good bar at reasonable prices but most importantly the most professional, helpful and kind staff you could ever ask for - they arranged us taxi twice the second time to get us to the airport when we had been let down (again) by pre-booked taxis! An absolute gem!

The hotel is a beautiful old Venetian style villa set in a large park with swimming pool. It is a great place for those who want to relax a bit and explore Venice and the surrounding area. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, from which you can take a direct bus to Venice. The service at the hotel is great. She helped us a lot when we had problems with the rental car and the rental company. They did everything to find a way out of the crisis situation, although it did not directly concern the hotel. An additional advantage is a great restaurant located across the street. Also Mirano is a nice town.

If you think of going to Venice you think you will be captivated only by its beauties but if you want to save on accommodation in Mirano you will be amazed by the beauties of this hotel. The rooms, the park, the swimming pools, the breakfast all perfect. Not to mention the courtesy and hospitality of the owner, his wife and all the staff. And when you want to be kidnapped by Venice... The bus stop is right in front of the hotel

Guests at the pool are chased away from the pool by chores in the afternoon. Hot tub not operable by bathers turned off all day. The air conditioning in the room was switched off again and again by the receptionist. Very cheap products for breakfast.

I stayed in the hotel on the occasion of a hospital visit from my mother... The hotel is located very close to the hospital, very well served and the staff has also often offered to accompany me to the structure; rooms furnished with taste and sober elegance, equipped with every comfort, from the mini-bar to the television, not to mention the indispensable free WiFi. Maximum cleaning, rooms equipped with all towels, shower gel, hairdryer. Very modern and functional bathrooms. The structure offers very valid external services but being winter I obviously could not use them (a swim in the outdoor pool in December would not be very healthy). The rooms overlook very beautiful and relaxing sitting rooms furnished with a retro taste that offer an elegant common space that constitutes an excellent added value to the room. The hotel allows you to book a breakfast with top quality pastry products. Very efficient staff, prepared, thoughtful and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you were to stay overnight in the Mirano area.

Unfortunately no buffet! Breakfast rather insufficient and the choice must be made at check-in. Whirlpool only temporarily in operation! Air conditioning is switched off by the reception. Mowing work during pool operation! Not exactly relaxing
