"The room was very spacious & very clean. Beautiful shower!Hot water straight away. Grateful for crockery and cutlery-very thoughtful. Bed was very comfortable.The pillows were of a generous amount but needed more stuffing.
I would definitely stay again"

"非常漂亮的房子，設施很齊全，附近有大型的商超，一點不覺得是郊外的小市鎮，但晚上的星空又特別迷人，打車去碼頭也是十幾分鍾，跟我這次的行程完美契合。房東人很好，鄰里關係十分友好。開始不知道怎麼入住，是對門的澳洲帥哥幫忙聯繫，原來入住訊息是通過郵件發送，出發前沒留意，到了澳洲無法登陸郵箱了。後來電話告知pin no.，順利拿到了鑰匙。第二天還允許我們延遲退房，把行李放在門廊前面，讓我們可以早上去海灘暢泳一番再回去。對不會開車的我來説實在太方便了，謝謝。"

"Very friendly and responsive staff. Even we were late for checkin, the staffs are still able to cater my need throughout the process.
It’s just they don’t have a hairdryer for us to use. Otherwise, they did quite a good job."

"The hotel is on the second floor, similar to a hotel apartment. Parking needs to be purchased at the front desk and parked on the 3rd or 4th floor. There are plenty of parking spaces. There is air conditioning and the temperature in winter is acceptable. There are supermarkets and restaurants around, but few nearby attractions."

"The interior and the shower needs to be updated, very old and outdated. The floor in the shower fills up quickly and not running down the drain fast enough which was quite unpleasant to experience. The place needs heating or a heater as it can get quite cold during the winter. The queen bed was comfortable and warm and the room was spacious for 1 person. The reception is friendly and always smiling although it would be good to know in advance if my single bedroom that I booked for another booking so I didn't have to lugged 2 luggages and my handbag with my laptop into up and down the stairs as there are no lifts. I was surprised that a woman knocked on my door at 9:45am that she was ready to get into my room when in the booking, it says check out is 10am. That made check out a very annoying experience for me. The location is great as it's a short walk to the beach and Cronulla centre."

"The room is extremely clean! There is no mildew in the kitchen bathroom! From the entrance to the hotel - elevator - corridor - the room is always filled with aroma. The balcony is smoking. The car park is located on the 2nd floor next to old Joe. Debit card is available for the bond. The kitchen bathroom is fully equipped and very intimate. The bed is clean and free of disinfectant/odor! Worth recommending staying!"

"The hotel is close to the beach and has a beautiful environment. There are many restaurants nearby, but the rooms in the hotel are relatively dark. If you are afraid of the dark, please do not choose it because there are only two very few lamps to support the light source in the hall. We have reported it to the hotel, but they said there is no way to solve it."

"The location is perfect, not far from the airport and the train station is right next to the hotel. Restaurants and shops are all nearby, that made the hotel very convenient.
The room is ok. But they gave me a room for disabled that wasn't pleased me. There are many sockets which is good. However, there is no hair dryer or toaster, no cuttery as well. Can't have breakfast in the room. The bed is soft but very high, which puzzled me the logic with the disabled bathroom. And I found things (lube) under the bed on the last day which made me feel the room is not clean.
There are no signs/password for the wifi, which I have to ask the manager at the sports br for it.
It's a bit confusing that in trip email mentioned that I should pay at the hotel. But the manager said they don't accept cash. And they swipe the credit card for the security deposit only."
