Great for athlete's staying for a competition. I just did not like my room by the stairs. You could hear all the heavy walking people or kids running up and down the stairs.

Rooms are good enough size and clean. Staff is excellent in every regard and are the reason I would stay at this hotel again.

Useless E-interface
Too many texts and reminder emails! I started the online check-in but too many questions and too much personal info requested. In person was so much simpler! I tried the text to get help w the TV not working. No response. Informed the front desk on our way out with a 5-hour time budget. Didn’t get done. The front desk person came to the room with me when we returned and it was a quick fix. So the text/email thing ended up being useless. And, as a
usual after a booking, got a flurry of spam texts.
This hotel has been our go to for Miramichi fishing. The rooms are modernized, comfortable and clean. The breakfast includes some hot items and the staff are hospitable. While this particular stay had a problem, the staff was helpful. And, also did a great job at wrangling a posee of children staying for a hockey event.

I was there for an appointment at the Miramachi Hospital. This hotel was just a 5 minute drive across the bridge so the proximity was great. It is a rather commercial area so the only place within walking distance is a Dairy Queen. The breakfast is fine with a good selection but no view, you are looking into the service bay of a car dealership. The lobby is updated and true to the pictures online. The bathroom itself was updated but the old door showed it's wear and tear. The room was large, clean and warm but there is just something dreary about it. All in all, for my short visit it was good value for the cost.

Beautiful suite. We liked the comfort height toilet. Great to have each our own TV and our own bed. Excellent breakfast in the morning, good choices.

Unfortunate that there was a hockey tournament so lots of kids running about unattended.
I had to pay more to get a quieter room and even then someone took our drive up parking space. Receptionist did a great job of correcting that but had I known there was a tournament, I would have picked a different hotel.

I was travelling for a medical appointment at the Miramichi Hospital. The location of the hotel was perfect and it was easy to find my way to the hospital and back.
