Ramada by Wyndham Miramichi New Brunswick

The staff helped us with all our needs , and went above and beyond the make our stay a pleasant one

I was unable to stay there because of contacting a virus that required to emergency room visits. I was told to leave and go home to Ontario by the doctors in the emergency room. I provided all that information to the manager at the hotel in Miramichi and he refused to reimburse me for my room. I knew it was a prepaid room but was supposedly able to be canceled providing the proper documentation. I could only provide prescriptions and doctors information as emergency rooms do not give you a transcript of your visit. I didn't contact Wyndham's head office who were absolutely no help at all. Have always had excellent service at Wyndham until this time and will not be staying there ever again. The fact that they have a managers as rude as I'm caring as that is disgusting.

Perfect for four visiting from the UK Perfect for what we needed as a one night stop. Room was very clean and the breakfast was well laid out with a roomy space to eat. Nice shower and good mirrors.

We came with a 3 year-old daughter, and first thing we saw at the entrance was a bunch of quebec Hells Angels, loud and stupid with their motorcycles randomly parked near entrance. Last thing anyone wants to see with kids Building was ok, but felt really old and gloomy, like it hasn't changed for over 30 years. Some parts smelled like moisture and reminded me of grandmas cottage. Breakfast was ok. The area around the hotel was also kind of empty, but I really don't mind. Otherwise all was ok

The A/C was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep. The suite living room was not properly equipped and dirty corridor and carpets

Staff was courtious, room and facility were clean and family friendly. The ice machine was broken, however the reception staff helped us with ice from the kitchen. Would definitly recommend this hotel for family stay.
