Had really great time! Room was awesome, like a dream! Really recommend going to Kenny Ds next door. Food is good and the bar tenders are the best. Ask yern about B-rad lol

plus and minuses
Excellent location with a beautiful view of the ocean. However, dealing with parking registration and a myriad of instructions made it less inviting. For example,
guests were asked to ***** the bed and wash the towels and take out the trash before leaving. There was no obvious place to dispose of the trash. There were instructions to call immediately if there weren’t seven bands to get into the pool and beach area. There were not seven bands, and the instructions were not something you would immediately read. In addition when you needed assistance, there were wait times of over 10 minutes. It didn’t seem like customer service and comfort was a high priority… There were way too many emails before during and after check-in giving visitors more instructions. Vacationers often don’t make reading email a priority.

Lovely condo with beautiful view of the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Bed was extremely comfortable which was icing on the cake….by the ocean 🎶🎵🎶. Would love to stay here again ❤️💙

Nice quiet location with pool beachside
1102 needs updating-the furniture was old and couch and bed in sagging condition. The towel rack was hanging from hole in the wall. The property itself was under renovation so we could not get out on the balcony. The pool beachside was nice.

Beach home vacation
The apartment has an amazing view of the sea; we love to be close to the sea, and it was just perfect for us. Also, the apartment is roomy and excellent taste decorated. The place made us feel at home away from our home. Thank you.

Great view of the beach from balcony, room is clean, quiet, have everything we need to be comfortable for our family of four. However, the trip didn’t start well when we ran into a gate and being blocked from entering the property for about 20 minutes. Should have provided instructions how to avoid gate of nearby properties. Living room carpet is too worn may consider to replace. Master bedroom window needs better shade to block morning sunlight. Overall we enjoy the stay.

Communication about parking is lacking. Two passes are located in the apartment. Easy entrance other than that.
Apartment LOOKED ok. Building is well kept, apartment is well furnished and basic. No beach towels available in the unit and we didn’t bring them.
The biggest issue is cleanliness: there was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower, actual feces on the toilet, and we watched a cockroach run down the kitchen counter. So we wouldn’t cook and EVERYTHING went into the fridge. We ate a bit concerned about our return with the cockroach situation. We will be leaving the luggage in the garage a bit when we return. And I have to laugh. It says you can post pics here.. but you can’t. I have some..

We live in Florida and decided to take a trip to Maui. We came across Emerald Kite and booked a condo through them. Our experience working with them was excellent. Our condo was just like the photos and was right on the beach. It was a working vacation so internet service was a MUST and it was perfect as promised. The beach was great and the pool was hard to leave. We asked for some recommendations from Emerald Kite about restaurants to eat at and must see activities and the team at Emerald Kite jumped right in and made great recommendations. Highly recommend Maui if you've never been and Emerald Kite which helped make the trip better. with there suggestions. I would suggest if you dont live on the west coast, stay at least 7 nights because the flights can be long and takes a day to recover
