Kids running in the hall until late and we had to call the front desk. Also the pool was down for renovation and we had no notice of this

Construction was going on. Asked to be moved from the room we were assigned because the balcony was really, really small and full of furniture. Was told there were no other rooms available. The hotel did not seem full so I didn't believe that guy at the front desk. Room was nice and big. Pillows were not good - too soft.

Great location to Miramar Beach and the neighboring beaches. Hotel is going through updates and it looks great. Beds are super comfy, AC/heat is consistent, bathroom and towels so wonderful and clean. Meals are not good. Our burger was overly done. Breakfast burrito was cold inside and greasy outside. Oatmeal was runny. We paid extra for our breakfasts and obviously disappointed. But will be happy to stay here again when in Panama City.

It was amazing. There was construction going on, but it had absolutely no effect on our stay. The staff was great and I would live there if I could!

Property is undergoing renovation. We did not know this when we made our reservation. Heating system loud. Bathroom light strobed. We won't return until renovations are complete.
