The hotel had great service, including hotel information at the front desk! The breakfast area overlooks the city of Porto and has a great view. This is not limited to this hotel in Portugal, but there are no slippers or toothbrushes in the room, so you need to bring your own. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay in an upgraded room.

The location is very good and the facilities are complete, but the floor of the room is relatively old, because the wooden floor will make a sound after a long time, which is not ideal, and the air conditioner will also make a noise. 在波爾圖入住的米拉加伊亞別墅，我們認為其實是一個沒有前台服務的民宿酒店，需要密碼開鎖才能進入酒店大門和房間，但是在攜程平台上訂房，衹收到一個常規的入住確認單（號），根本無法進入酒店，打電話也是機器人在回答並且是葡萄牙語，沒有英語。還好我的朋友懂西班牙語和葡萄牙語，在大門處找到酒店的聯繫電話，幫助我們搞到了酒店大門和入住房間密碼，才通知輸入密碼進入酒店和房間休息。第二天上午退房時我們才見到打掃衞生的工作人員，她一句英語都不會，我們比手劃腳的溝通，才請她幫收了我們應該交的税（4歐元）轉老闆。我們入住後也打電話給攜程進行了交流和探討，他們表示了歉意，並且表示給了我們一個滿意的處理。如果你第一次去波爾圖，並且不會講葡萄牙話和葡萄牙語。一定要在訂房時與平台溝通好，收到入住密碼後才能順利入住！
