A minha estadia neste alojamento no Porto foi muito agradável. O espaço era confortável, bem cuidado e proporcionava uma excelente experiência de hospedagem. Além disso, a simpatia da pessoa responsável pelo check-in foi um ponto alto, tornando a chegada acolhedora.
No entanto, houve um detalhe que deixou a desejar: a cobrança de uma taxa adicional de 9 euros por realizar o check-in após as 20 horas. Aviso então para os futuros hóspedes: se realizarem o check-in após as 20h00, terão de pagar taxa de 9 euros! Em mais de 20 anos de utilização de alojamentos locais, esta foi a primeira vez que me deparei com tal prática, que considero desnecessária e pouco conveniente. Apesar desse ponto negativo, a estadia foi satisfatória, mas seria ideal que o alojamento revisse esta política para melhorar ainda mais a experiência dos hóspedes.

we stayed on the second floor, 1 bedroom apartment for three nights and found it very comfortable, clean and well appointed but it was really the view that sold it. It is on a crazy steep hill but that is unavoidable in Porto and you get used to it. By day two we were barely noticing it. Parking was a challenge and maybe they could give clearer instructions on where and how to park. North Americans are going to find the driving and parking to be daunting as the streets are not only terribly steep, but terribly narrow in the older areas like this. There were little glitches like the fridge door not closing properly but since we were not keeping any food in there, it didn't matter all that much but if we had wanted to buy food it would have been a problem. The place was clean, modern and very good value and since we were travelling with a very tall 15 year old boy, we really needed apartments during our stay in Portugal. Oh, the seagulls scream their heads off right outside the windows so sleeping in will not be happening but there is too much to do and see so you should be getting up early anyway lol.

포르투에서 일주일간 묵었어요. 비탈 가운데 있어서 올라갔다 내려왔다 하는게 좀 힘들고, 맨 꼭대기 방이어서 계단이 힘들었어요. 하지만, 포르투는 전체적으로 언덕이 많아서 어쩔 수 없는것 같아요. 방 안에서 살짝 강도 보이구요~ 조리시설도 잘 이용했어요.

Estuvimos 2 noches alojados en Porto mi pareja y yo en este sitio, y que gran lugar. Ubicado a 10 minutos de la zona de bares y a 5 del ribera del Duero (que es una visita obligada). Amplio, limpio, bien decorado. Baño limpio y bien equipado, excelentes colchones. Horno, lavavajillas, plancha, sofa. Puntos en contra: a la llegada quisimos pagar con tarjeta y no pudimos porque el aparato no funcionaba, son 2 camas individuales, no 1 matrimonial. No hay ascensor (aunque a nosotros no nos afecto ya que llevábamos poco equipaje). No tiene estacionamiento. Por todo lo demás, quedamos fascinados. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y volvería.

Bellissimo appartamento, bem decorato, tutto nuovo e di buon gusto. La vista sul fiume stupenda (l nostro app era nel terreo). Fornito con tanto di lavastoviglie dotata di detersivo, cannovaccio, forno, microonde, sbattitore elettrico, cafetiere, ferro da stiro, asciuga capelli, aspirapolvere, ecc. Buona anche la pulizia. Il Signore che ci ha aperto l' appartamento é una persona squizita e molto disponibile. Come tutto a Porto l'appartamento rimane in alto, scendendo degli scalini ci si trova praticamente sulla Praça Ribeira, posto più bello di Porto. Per arrivare dal' aeroporto e per tornare al' appartamento vi consiglio di prendere un taxi visto che a Portogallo costano pochissimo. Abbiamo speso 25 euro dal' aeroporto (contando che ci fanno pagare 1,20 per valigia) la metro che arriva in centro cita per me é più un treno, ci vuole troppo tempo e costa tanto se siete almeno in 3!! Dal centro città al' appartamento invece dipendendo da dove vi trovate e che ore sono spenderete da 3,50 a 5 euro, conviene.

A centralidade e as pormenorizadas indicações dadas à chegada, permitiram-nos optimizar o escasso tempo de que dispúnhamos. As fotos correspondem exactamente ao que encontrámos. O apartamento é novo, excelente e está muitíssimo bem equipado, com uma soberba vista para o Douro. Uma relação preço/qualidade, excelente. Ficamos muitíssimo satisfeitos e vamos repetir em breve. Já no Aeroporto, qual não foi o nosso espanto, quando num vídeo que passava, concluímos que afinal os “bnapartments Rio” foi uma das 20 obras seleccionadas pela Ordem dos Arquitectos, pela preservação e qualidade Arquitectónica.

Appartamento molto vicino al centro, piccolo ma dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. L'unica pecca era l'insonorizzazione, veramente scarsa a causa dei muri di cartongesso. Peccato non aver soggiornato nell'appartamento col balcone, sicuramente sarebbe stato un plus notevole
