There is a bar on the rooftop, but you need to make an appointment in advance, or you can go directly after 11 o'clock when there are not many people. The rooftop swimming pool is very small, and there are not many breakfast options.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of ​​​​the miraflores district, with BRT nearby. It is very clean overall and the service attitude is also very good. I will pay attention to it next time

The hotel is located in a very international and safe area, unfortunately the hotel has many things to correct such as: * The hotel does not have something as basic as offering room service. * The breakfast is very basic and offer no variety in the Buffet menu they have. * They do not have an elevator to the parking lot, for those of us who rented a car, we had to park and walk up the emergency stairs since it was the only way to access the parking lot or back to the reception. * The security people in the parking lot are uncourteous and never greeting anyone, they do their job very reluctantly. * The internet on the 11th floor is superrrrrrrrrr bad, and for a business trip it is useless since the connection is very intermittent and you can not connect more than one device at the same time. * The girl at the reception was sleeping at 4 AM when I came down to check out. * The hotel does not have a swimming pool, gym or any exercise area. To be a little honest, my stay was unpleasant at this hotel.

The service staff speaks good English and is very friendly. The room is very comfortable and clean. There are many restaurants nearby. I would like to stay there next time if I have the opportunity. Unfortunately, I can only stay for one night. I can stay for a few more nights next time.

Very close to supermarkets, great location, highly recommended, hotel rooms are very comfortable, environment is very good, relatively convenient transportation, you can take a bus or taxi anywhere

Location is unbeatable right in the Miraflores neighborhood. We stayed on the floor where all the rooms was newly renovated so that was very nice. Pool was closed for some reason, the spa locker rooms didn’t seem that lux. Staff were ok, nothing special, felt business-y and not very personal. Would stay here again.

This hotel is very new and smells good!❤️The bathroom shower pressure is strong and very warm to relieve stress or tiredness. In central location walkable and safe surrounding. Very near to popular restaurants and I walked to Larcomar Mall by the beach! It’s a very busy hotel so staffs are always occupied so I took one ⭐️. Amenities in the room only shampoo and hand soap and towels. So I took one ⭐️. But I will stay again because it’s affordable and in the center of everything including supermarket just 3 mins.

Large room, floor-to-ceiling windows, plenty of natural light, very good Breakfast is generally good, the two restaurants are delicious but the service is cold.

I will stay here again. I did find that the front desk staff were not eager to accommodate or help. I will absolutely never go to breakfast again. Breakfast is absolutely horrible from slimy eggs to poor choices. The only good thing about the breakfast was the juice bar. Otherwise everything else was horrible. Do not pay for a room with breakfast included and certainly don’t pay the 50PEN that they charge for breakfast absolutely no value to it. Many places around there to get breakfast and there’s an Oxxo around the corner. Where you can find a yogurt and some sweet bread and you’ll be much happier. Rooms are clean cleaning staff is very good. I will stay here again, but I will never eat there again. 

This is one of the friendliest staff I have come across the service is great, especially I had a situation of travel health policy to travel to another destination, the front office Mr Victor went out of his way to help, housekeeping, restaurant oval all all staffs especially are very friendly, the local is amazing, rooms, bathroom, are very clean. This is real value for money.
