This place is just charming. It has a lovely garden. The rooms are basic but spotless. The staff are all gracious and helpful, truly at your service. Breakfast is very nice with fresh juice, eggs to order, various breads, jams and butter, cereal yogurt and a wide variety of fruits.

Very well located, nice, clean and very nice people helping us at anytime. We are returning every year as a large group and always accommodating us with all the requests we had, including transportation to and from airport. I highly recommend for short or long trips.

Patio is a fantastic place to stay in Miraflores, and I felt very looked after for the duration of my stay. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are incredibly helpful. It was my first day in Peru and Antonio helped me to find a SIM for my mobile, the closest areas for good Peruvian food and drink, also, I was able to store my bags after checkout whilst I completed a free walking tour of the city. The facilities are great and the hot showers were welcome after a long day exploring the city. Patio’s location means that places are extremely easy to get to and Antonio even let me borrow his Metro card for a day trip to Barranco.

Entering the gate of the hostel is like entering an oasis of color, vegetation, beauty. Decoration all through the hallways is lavish and adorable, tasteful. So a feeling of peace and tranquility gets hold of you as you roam through this place and your room. Very satisfied with the helpful staff (even though a very limited understanding of English just like anywhere else). And room prices very reasonable in exchange for what you get for it.

Nice hotel in centre of miraflores. 5 mins from parque kennedy and 20 from larcomar. Plenty around. Checkin was easy and staff all friendlt. Rooms basic but comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing to be honest. Good option if staying in Lima

Had a lovely stay as Antonio, Keila and staff were really kind, helpful and accommodating. Tasty breakfast and comfortable beds. Excellent location as it is only a three minute walk and in a safe area with great selection of shops, cafes and bars. Beautiful courtyard setting and lots of green plants.

My friend and I had a very nice 2 night stay at the hotel. The little patio area is so cute and quiet- the perfect place to enjoy our breakfast in the morning! The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was also very accommodating about letting us drop our luggage before check-in and go back again to grab a few more things later in the day. The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been some fresh fruit options at breakfast; however, there is so much fruit sold around the city that it was not a big problem! Overall, would recommend for the location and price if you are not looking for anything too fancy!

Wonderful location in Miraflores! We loved the open courtyard with plants all along the perimeter and a fountain in the center. The staff were great and helped us with directions and storing of our luggage after checkout. They also arranged for a taxi to and from the the Lima airport. the breakfast was decent - loved the fresh mango and strawberry juices! Everything was great!
