Trendy Host 360° Miraflores

When i got there, no Wifi for 2 days and no AC in the living room only in 1 bedroom, was supposed to receive 2 fan but got only one. The couch very inconfortable, the toilet wasn't clean. Then for 1 week no Wifi again. Very dificult to reach the person in charge for my stay (Brenda) when i had those problems. At the end i tried to get in contact with a higher personel to get some money back cause didn't get what was mention and they never return my call and no one answer my call. BAD BAD experience and last time i deal with Trendy Host. My family rented in the same building with another company and got better rooms and better price for what i paid!

This rental was posted as having AC but it doesn’t specify that is only in the main bedroom and the apartment gets really hot. My kids couldn’t sleep in their room because it was too hot so we moved the mattresses into the master room which was very inconvenient. Not even a roll of toilet paper was given so after a long trip we had to go shopping in order to use the bathroom. There’s only one garbage bag and no dish soap or anything that you usually will find in this type of rentals. On top of everything they stole from my credit card. They charged me for my first stay in two different credit cards and then they charged me for a future rental that it was supposed to be pay there on the check in day. Not recommended.

Excellent location. Clean and spacious. Host was responsive and accommodating our early check ins too. Highly recommended!

Very nice and spacious apartment, our family of four really appreciate having two full bathrooms and a washer/drier as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Tourist areas, restaurants and amenities are all within a short walking distance including downtown Miraflores. A very comfortable stay.

1. Mold in the bathroom and walls in poor condition. We mentioned it the moment we entered (over WhatsApp) and only around the time of our checkout - when I told them (through the Booking platform) that I was going to publish pictures - did they offer to come have a look; too late for us. 2. 50 L (13 oz) water heater placed on a balcony. If you’re more than 1-2 people, be prepared to shower with cold water, especially in winter (no heating in Lima). 3. All rooms face one of the busiest avenues of the the city (Vía Expresa) and noise insulation is generally not a thing in Lima. Be prepared to be exposed to car and honking noise 24/7. 4. No luggage storage after your checkout, not even for a fee. 5. We were 4 adults and were only given one key. 6. No clear responsibilities. You only get to see the security staff of the building who tell you they can only act upon instruction. You coordinate with someone by WhatsApp for your day to day issues, but they only respond between 8 am and 10 pm, so you’d better not have an emergency after these hours. And even within these hours, for more than one request, they will refer you to the Booking platform (we had booked over that platform).

Security on site and welcoming 24/7. The AC is in one room not the whole place but plenty of air flow from balcony. Balcony was impressive and nice place to relax.

I stayed for 4 days, and it was great. As soon as I got the building, the security was very friendly and helpful. Then my building assistant whose name is Miguel was also great and responded very quick to my questions. The place was VERY CLEAN, I have never seen a place so clean and organized. The best was the AC, I did not expect a place with AC which was great due to the hot weather. I would rate this place 10/10

Good location that is close to public transportation, dining and shopping options. Seem safe neighborhood with lots of options within walking distance.
