I recently stayed at the Ibis Budget Hotel in Lima and was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and perfectly designed for travelers on a budget who don’t want to compromise on comfort.

The location of the hotel is convenient and accessible to the main centre of activities within Miraflores. The overall room condition is OK for the price range. The water supply to the shower area is too slow, for a comfortable shower. Our room also did not have hair dryer to dry hair after shower.
The check-in area and facilities are decent. The main complaint is related to the Service and attitude displayed by the hotel staff.
We did not enjoyed the check-in process and attitude of the personnel who was handling our check-in to the hotel. The staff, by the name of Maria, was rude and impatient. We arrived the hotel around 2.45pm to ask about whether the room is Ready, she said with an angry face and asked us "what time is it" and said angrily that you can only collect the key after 3pm. We were surprised with this kind of Rude treatment from a hotel frontline staff.
For me this type of attitude and service is Not acceptable, in the service industry like Hotel.
I hope that you can provide the feedback to the IBis hotel management.

The hotel has everything a basic budget hotel should offer. It’s meant for solo travelers as the bathroom is transparent. It’s efficient in its design. But I wish they provide some bottles of water.

From my experience as a solo traveler in a single room, hotel is everything I needed for a quick stop. Great quality for the price, great service and location. Would definitely use it again if needed.

We had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms are small and clean. They could have some more amenities and light renovation in the future.

I will stay here again. I did find that the front desk staff were not eager to accommodate or help. I will absolutely never go to breakfast again. Breakfast is absolutely horrible from slimy eggs to poor choices. The only good thing about the breakfast was the juice bar. Otherwise everything else was horrible. Do not pay for a room with breakfast included and certainly don’t pay the 50PEN that they charge for breakfast absolutely no value to it. Many places around there to get breakfast and there’s an Oxxo around the corner. Where you can find a yogurt and some sweet bread and you’ll be much happier.
Rooms are clean cleaning staff is very good. I will stay here again, but I will never eat there again.
