Arrived late at night, as flights from the US are wont to do. Check in was quick and easy. The room was incredible. Pleasantly surprised that the jacuzzi was in our bathtub and not upstairs in the pool. Bed was firm but with just enough give for comfortable sleep. Plenty of storage space in the wardrobe. Balcony was a surprise. Didn't think any were left by the time we got there. Really cute set up too: table, chairs and an umbrella. Couldn't really enjoy the view due to the wall, though. The fitness center is accessible through the pool. The equipment wasn't maintained well and showed its age. All the equipment was dirty. Some of it was rusty. Others were inoperable. The sauna facilities, every time we went by, appeared abandoned. No dedicated staff at the desk or even any lights on. There was a video game cabinet on the same floor, also off. We were informed it was out of order. Loved the breakfast buffet. Bread, fruit, coffee, tea, fruit juice, yogurt, cereal, eggs, bacon and pancakes. They even changed up the featured dessert and had either bread pudding or pound cake. Location was amazing. Not only was there plenty of shopping and eating on Larco Ave just one block away, but plenty of buses stop on the same and the metro (express bus) stops three blocks away at Ricardo Palma station. And if all you need is a calm green space with a few feral cats to pet/play with, the nearby June 7th/Kennedy parks have you covered. Did not try the karaoke bar or the pool. The karaoke space could work on its sound baffling/insulation as it can be heard on the 3rd floor, where I was sleeping. Not a good arrangement if you're a light sleeper. All in all, I really enjoyed staying here. The Inkari is a really pretty hotel. While I wouldn't call it a luxury hotel, I'd definitely call it a high end boutique hotel. Keep your expectations at that level and you'll have a great time here too.

Primera vez que fui y cuento lo vivido para que pueda ayudar a otros. El recibimiento de la cochera y de la recepcionista fueron correctos, aunque la señorita toma más atención a la radio que a los huéspedes dejando con las palabras a los huéspedes. La habitación es grande y busca comodidad, las camas y los muebles son cómodas, la tina de hidromasajes con agua caliente es funcional pero la ducha es un sacrificio querer modularlo (nunca pude hacerlo bien) venia y se iba el agua caliente, el cuarto no esta bien aislado por que la puertas de los pasadizos se escuchan cuando las golpean, en la noche se escucha los desagües y los pasos en las zonas que no tiene alfombra y algunos detalles mas de mantenimiento y detalles que hacen la diferencia como no poner pilas a los relojes o el tapiz por abrirse. Tuve que cenar en el restaurante del hotel y se demoraron después de hacer mi pedido una hora, solo se escuchaban gritos en la cocina, pero no había hora que saliera la comida, el personal del restaurante no saben que tienen en carta o no, no están capacitados para atender. Su mayor atractivo es la piscina temperada que es buena pero un poco turbia el agua a pesar de que fui el segundo en entrar a la piscina. En términos generales al parecer es un edifico antiguo pero agradable, visiblemente no invierte mucho en mantenimiento.

Boa localização, pessoal educado e prestativo, porém muito antigo. Ficamos em um quarto que tinha um ar condicionado que fazia um barulho infernal, abrimos o aparelho onde há o filtro de ar e de lá caiu tanta sujeira que fizemos um monte em cima do carpete, sem falar no papel de parede que estava todo descascado além de sujo. O café da manhã durante a semana é bem honesto, com apenas o necessário para um café com leite, pão e omelete. Necessita muita manutenção e cuidado.

Hoy domingo 06/02/22 a las 21:00 caminaba por el exterior del hotel y no pude continuar por la vereda porque el personal del hotel realizaba la verificacion de un automovil sobre la vereda. Despues de esperar que terminen la verificacion le indique al personal que deberian hacer esa actividad fuera del area de circulacion peatonal y me respondio que no deberia quejarme porque igual podia pasar por la pista y solo estaba buscando problemas con mi reclamo. El buen servicio no debe ser solo para los huespedes sino tambien para los visitantes y transeuntes, ademas se debe capacitar al personal pues su respuesta fue bastante hostil.
