We stayed 2 nights on arrival to Lima and 2 nights at the end of our trip from Lima to Titicaca. Hotel was very central and easy to get around with lots of restaurants and a short walk to Kennedy Park. Breakfast was simple and good.The staffs are all very helpful and rooms are clean.

Good location , helpful staff, stayed at the start and end of our Peruvian adventure, had a lack of hot water on both occasions but as we were only there one night wasn't an issue. Breakfast quite good and nice resturant across the road.

Excellent location with lots of restaurants/eateries and markets around. If one wants to be like local people, bus stations are also very close. Staff is very friendly and everyone is eager to help. Particularly the reception manager Pilar is extremely nice who patiently answered our questions and showed us the directions to the markets and the bus station. Pilar also let us use her bus card so we don't have to buy the card. We had leisure times Lima so we went in/out of the hotel many times during our stay. Every time we passed by the lobby, Pilar would always hail to us enthusiastically. Good bedding, adequate breakfast, quite and spacious room, safe and frige useful for people staying more than one or two days. We read from some previous reviews about noise from street and requested a quite room. Our double room is very quite and we didn't hear any noise. Actually the front street the hotel is facing is not a busy street and we didn't see any heavy/noisy traffic there.

I will echo the positive comments and say this was a very nice hotel to stay in. It’s basic but gets the job done. Staff do have sone difficulty with English but they will do their best to help you out. Breakfast is a great addition - it’s simple but does the trick. And lastly, the location is stellar - it’s near a bunch of amenities for tourists in the Miraflores area. A bonus positive - there was a curfew on one particular day when the staff went out of their way to make us lunch. I definitely recommend this hotel.

A very well located hotel, a little quiet, 1 hour from the city center of Lima by taxi, possibility of going to the surrounding markets on foot, very clean, spacious, very pleasant room with a large bed, friendly staff and very good breakfast. copious.
