The rooms were very spare and the beds were like sleeping on plywood. The shower was touchy, as there was a fine line between scalding hot and freezing. The breakfast was meager and had very little selection. Our tour group needed a breakfast to go because we had to go to the airport early in the morning and it consisted of Oreos, a juice box and two ham sandwiches. Sort of odd. This hotel was chosen by our the tour company. I wouldn't stay here again, if I had a choice.

Perfect location in Miraflores for exploring for the budget-minded traveler. I needed a safe, clean place to stay for a couple of nights and was pleased with the service and room. Nice breakfast upstairs. Best to know some spanish since staff's english is limited (or non-existant).

When you stay at a hotel, you expect 1) privacy, 2) hot showers, and 3) a comfortable bed. This hotel provided me none of those. The curtains were off their pins, so they would not close all the way. The "fitted" sheet was too small, so it constantly worked itself out of the corner of the mattress. I stayed five nights. During that time, I was able to take one hot shower, despite the fact the hotel claims to have "agua caliente". I paid about $200 for those five nights. Obviously, the hotel manager is incompetent, and should be sacked. There is absolutely no excuse for these problems. I will never stay at this hotel again. The place sucks. Go stay somewhere else!

When you stay in a hotel there are two important things: a comfortable bed and a hot shower. This hotel had neither. While the mattress was adequate, the sheets were cheap, and did not fit the mattress. One or two moves after going to bed, and the "fitted" sheet came off the mattress. I tried to take a shower several times, and only got cold water or warm water that soon turned cold. This place sucks. Go somewhere else.

En general muy bien, buena relación precio calidad, cómodo bien ubicado, la atención buena y amable, la habitación cómoda y limpia, la cama bien en general ropa de cama y almohada, el desayuno tipo bufet estaba rico y variado. En general bien y recomendable absolutamente.

Muy cómodo, ubicado en un sector tranquilo, cerca de parques y lugares donde poder caminar. La atención del personal, fueron muy amigables. Se destaca el Aseo y el orden del lugar. Desayuno variado, habían varias opciones. Cerca del lugar habían pocos lugares para comer.

El hotel es un engaño, indica que es un hotel 3 estrellas lo que claramente no es. Desde el primer día tuvimos inconvenientes, llegamos a la habitación y no habían toallas cuando fuimos a Front desk a dejarles saber nos indicaron que no tenían disponibles. Nos tuvimos que secar con camisas, etc. De igual manera, en ningún dia de mi estadía hubo agua caliente y hacian nada para dar soluciones. Fui a pedir un blower y al parecer tienen 1 para todos los huéspedes porque nunca lo tenian disponible para su uso y para colmo ni tenian calefacción en las habitaciones. También el ascensor se tardaba siglos. No lo recomiendo para nada.

El encargado Manuel es un estafador y problemático que busca la sin razón para cobrar de más, a parte que su comunicación es grosera. La vista no es Oceanview ya que el mar se ve demasiado lejos. A pesar que el lugar es bonito la experiencia con el encargado lo arruina todo.
