Very good location, a little quieter and safe than downtown, nice new area of Lima, lots of good restaurants around.
Hotel is quite new & updated, but unfortunately my toilet was leaking and bathroom floor has been wet.
Service was not quite up to standard either, firstly when I first entered the room refreshing myself, staff just opened the door without even knocking, I was shocked and she just ask was everything okay, I replied yes, but it would be nice if you knock on the door before entering a room with guest in it, what if I am not ready to receive.
Secondly I made two separate bookings for my stay, usually other hotels would just combine two bookings into one stay, but this hotel, they made me checked out first booking in the morning, store luggages at reception and re-check-in again in the afternoon.

They don't care about the guests' health. The newly painted wall smells bad, something like formaldehyde makes my head ache a lot. After changing for another room, everything is still the same. Too bad.

Very reasonable price . Location is good and easy to travel around. 2min walking to supermarket. ******, very clean and good size of room. Comfortable bed. Clean.

The hotel was great and the staff super friendly. The included breakfast has been the best we’ve so far in Peru. Would definately recommend staying here to anyone!
