This is a 3 start hotel, well located, customer services was excellent, they offer breakfast that is always well attended by Gilbert( who is the best one) welcoming everyone and helping, for me he was the heart of this hotel. The hotel is old but clean, although an upgrade in their bathroom is needed. You can move everywhere, is safe and there is always security outside the hotel, the lobby needs improvement as well, they need to change the old couches ASAP, again Customer Service is great!! From front to end. Prices are very reasonable.

Comfortable, clean and very well located, where you have access to restaurants, exchange offices, cafes, etc. I add my congratulations to the staff for their kindness, especially Segundo, very cordial and dedicated. Buffet breakfast, good, but little variety. Suggestion, modernize facilities.

Staff Attention: 8/10. Everyone was very friendly, especially the young man in the dining room who was very attentive and always welcomed us with joy and good morning. Facilities: 7/10. Maybe it is a little old but it has 2 elevators, a dining room and I think it is good for those looking for a place to sleep and not great luxuries or excess of things or services. Location: 9/10. Located 3 or 4 blocks from Kennedy Park. It has an exchange house half a block away at 270 soles the change (05/20/2024) for 1 dollar. The bad thing is that it is almost next to the Expressway and Highway, therefore the noise from vehicles is always there and increases during peak times. Cleanliness and Neatness: 8/10. They can ask for cleaning daily and they will change towels if you require it. It has toilet paper, a sachet of soap and shampoo. Buffet Breakfast: 7/10. Peruvian coffee, milk, hot water, yogurt, cereal, fruits, scrambled eggs, etc...it's what you can find at the buffet, it's not the most varied but it's all tasty. Perhaps something could be improved, they could have food availability until the end of the service, since at 9:30 sometimes there were no longer some options.
