This is lovely hotel with six rooms located in Mireflores, a very pleasant part of Lima. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff were warm and welcoming and were helpful with suggestions about where to eat. The facility is less than 200 meters from a beautiful park overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was made to order and had options including eggs, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit and yogurt and granola. Will definitely return if we are ever back in the area.

It's a lovely hotel, no doubt. It was just hyped up a bit for me. Very charming, and lovely location. Oddly difficult to find, no clear signage. We got a suite for 1 night, since there were 3 of us. Having 2 washrooms was really nice. The main room and bed was great, however, the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. For one night it was maybe ok, longer, definitely not. The breakfast was ok, but incredibly slow. All in all, not a bad hotel, just slightly overpriced for what it was.

This is a charming little hotel in the heart of Miraflores. It lies in a quiet street, so you get a good night’s rest after exploring Lima. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The staff is so kind and attentive, and very helpful. The free breakfast is very good, and you get a choice from a set menu which they will make specially for you. Highly recommended!

This is a gem in Miraflores, quite area, very secure ; the rooms are big enough ; the hotel is full of details, need to highlight the outstanding breakfast, personalize service and doing everything possible to accommodate my request. Thank you for all the help

My family and I ( 2 adults and two kids ages 6 and 9 spent one night at Waisipai on our way to Arequipa. It is in the beautiful city of Miraflores, close to the beach and amazing restaurants and stores. This is a old Peruvian style home that was transformed into a hotel. The decor is modern while honoring the traditional aspects of Peruvian culture. Breakfast has few options including avocado toast, pancakes, coffee, eggs, juice), there is also a bar available. We got two rooms. One of them was a studio with a living area. The studio had two bathrooms so I think next time we will get the studio only. The couch in the living area converted to a bed. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. If you are looking for a comfortable Place in a great location that feel like a home, waisipai is the way to go. All Rooms are brin and gorgeous

5+ Star rating. Absolutely amazing place to stay. The location is great, safe area. Excellent service. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and unique. Walking distance to the waterfront promenade, the restaurants and great shopping. We can and went for 3 weeks. Each time we were in a different room and all the rooms, beds and pillow were very comfortable. After mentioning that we loved having coffee in room when first waking up, upon our return for another few days stay, there was kettle with tea and coffee available in our room – great addition. No matter what time we arrived or left the hotel owners and staff were always outstanding in taking care of us. We highly recommend the Wasipai Boutique Hotel when traveling to Lima Peru.
