Very good experience, sound insulation is also good

Although the scale is smaller than expected, the room is in good condition. Miraflores is a safe area, so I chose it. The coast is very close.

The hotel is located in the wealthy area of ​​Lima. It is very close and convenient to go to several famous restaurants on foot or by Uber. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. It is very comfortable to walk back to the hotel from the beach at night. There are not many people on the road and there is no traffic jam. It is very comfortable and safe. The sanitary conditions of the room are very good, and the service attitude and cleaning attitude at the front desk are very good! We were supposed to check in at three in the afternoon, but we were let in when we arrived at eight in the morning. After checking out, I asked for water and they gave it to me. The facilities are very new. Personally, the only drawback is that the quilt is too thin and uncomfortable to cover. Overall, I highly recommend staying here, the price/performance ratio is very good.

If i could rate this NEGATIVE 5 I would! The staff at the front desk had me (WHILE HOLDING MY TODDLER) waiting for ONE AND A HALF HOURS. They REQUIRED me to have an ID FOR MY 2YR OLD SON OR THEY WOULD NOT CHECK ME INTO MY SUITE. Not ONE OUNZE of sympathy while i could barely feel my back anymore after the 1.5hrs of carrying my child on me while finding a way to get them SOME sort of proof of my child's identity. This Requirement was stated NOWHERE in the ONE email i got from them prior to checking in. they did however mention i'd be paying an 18% sales tax at check in. i feel like thats a BIG REQUIREMENT TO MENTION IN SUCH E-MAILS. They literally refused to check me in. I do not live here so of course i had to SCRAMBLE TO CALL MY HUSBAND AND MOM IN THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD to help me get the proof they needed, in this case being a birth certificate of my child. RIDICULOUS! HE IS TWO!!!! I have stayed in over 500 hotels in my life, multiple countries and in multiple continents and NONE of them has EVER demanded ID FOR A TWO YR OLD. They wouldnt even make an exception, i had TWO rooms i had reserved with them, my back was literally numb and NOPE, THEY WOULD NOT MAKE ONE EXCEPTION. THE WORST customer service i have seen in my entire life. i really hope they ADD that BIG REMINDED in their future check in e-mails because NO MOM should EVER EXPERIENCE WHAT I EXPERIENCED AT THIS HOTEL, INHUMANE, and simply BAD BUSINESS. on the other hand, the breakfast was good.good view.

My only complaint was that due to a transportation work stoppage we had to adjust our reservation. We were charged for our Monday return basically twice because we arrived early. The room was available and we were scheduled to stay that day. Staff could of been more flexible due to what was occurring. We stayed there for almost two weeks. This was our second trip to Ibis.

The hotel were wonderful, very accommodating to my needs and Roberto was very attentive at reception. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are a good size and close to nearby attractions. I would recommended to friends and family.

Enjoyed my stay. I had a quick stopover so went a budget friendly option and was happy. Good location, safe buzzing area, very Modern rooms, tad small but good. Given the price, with good breakfast, I’d stay again. Airport Express bus stop is 100m away (taxis cheap anyway but AE Bus is comfortable with wifi etc.).

Great hotel, very comfortable. The service was excellent, especially José Antonio from the reception was very helpful and that made my stay so good. He recommended some tours and helped me with tour and restaurant reservations and transportation as well. He also took his time to explain to me how to get around in the city. I was really grateful for all the good service I received at the hotel and especially from José Antonio. I highly recommend it, they were excellent days at the Dazzler

The breakfast was very good, the juice was good, the fruit was a little bit but it was okay, the bread was of high quality, not the messy bread, the choice of bread and pastries was pretty good. I booked a 27-square-foot twin room, which is big enough, and the low-end is very good. The hotel is in a concentrated area nearby. It is relatively safe, **, high-end supermarkets, restaurants are more concentrated, high-school and low-end applications, but there is no Chinese food. The price/performance ratio is relatively high. The most important thing is that there is no hot water in the middle of the night, there is a bathtub, and the bath will not be depressing. This is very important.
